Is that the thru-hull transducer? or did you just glue in the regular transducer? if so, why do they tell you to swap it for the thru-hull type if you are gluing it in your hull like you did.
You don’t need the applicator gun you can just use the plungers by hand they supply. It works awesome! The lake we go to is very clean and can see at least 10’ deep. I was testing it using a paddle for reference and it’s very accurate. Mine seemed to max out at 99.9 ft but I was surprised how fast the readings react. Great product very satisfied with the entire kit!
Do you know of fish finder with an IN-HULL transducer?
Sorry won’t be much help on this Q, I would assume it’s not strong enough of a signal to pick up small fish but could be wrong.
@@trbokmro That's exactly what I thought, thanks!
Question how to install transducer wires to depth finder I have same boat
I just zip tied the transducer wire to the steering cables
@@trbokmro so are they located behind the wall or under rail
@@trbokmro and also where did you wire the unit to. Did you spice in to a gauge
@@eddiefitzgerald7731 under the side rail, you can follow the throttle cables as well.
@@eddiefitzgerald7731 there is an extra switch in the dash for accessory you can pull power from. I think I showed it on the video

I'm afraid of air bubbles?
@@redwood1957 yes and then I taped it down to hold it in place overnight. Worked perfect.
So how did it work?
