Joe… I realize that you are not a lawyer, but I have a legal question… are citizens allowed to use non-lethal weapons, such as this pepper gel spray to defend themselves? How does that relate to serving as a volunteer on a church safety and security team? Thanks for your continued effort to bring high quality content to your channel.
I had trouble at first. On the top right is a "shop" link that you can use to select a product. Currently the decon solution is sold out, but the gel is available.
We e used this multiple times in our church. Everyone that we’ve sprayed so far didn’t forget their offering the following week.

Back in mid 90s as an FFL, I sold a pepper foam that had a dye to mark bad guy. Same effect.

Unfortunately laws vary quite a bit so that question is impossible to answer. You have to check with you local laws.
The website for the product says there are several states it can't be shipped to.
Good option to have.
Foam and gel applicators have been available for years. Not sure how much different this particular product would be.
Gel can take up to 45 seconds to take affect. Too long. We carry POM OC.

As a Defensive Tactics Non-lethal Weapons instructor you're going to get a lot of overspray either using Spray, Stream or Foam.
