“When you say, ‘I’ve fallen in love with him or I’ve fallen in love with her,’ another way of saying it is, ‘He or she is the key to opening my heart so that I can come into a place of love.’ And often, when you love somebody, it changes your perception of the world, and you actually feel differently towards everything when you’re in love.” - Ram Dass

Wow this radio was so beautiful ! Ram Dass is purhaps not Guru, but he certainly is my favourite teacher, has been for many years.

Much love for you and all you do, Ragu! All the best from Canada! It was so nice to hear both Ram Dass and the folks he chatted with.

‘The highest thing I do is to hang out with people who are dying.’
I learned this lesson too. As a consequence, I became a Hospice Volunteer.
    Expansive, profound experiences. 🙏🏼💕🙏🏼

      @@mdmayhem Surrender to this.
      You may need courage.
      You will learn new perspectives.
You will be useful and kind.
You will gain more than you give … but that’s the reward, not the incentive.
Wishing you well in every way 🙏🏼😊🙏🏼

      A side note.
During the AIDS epidemic of the 80’s, many of my friends passed away.
Yes, I grieved, watching them die.
Mostly I felt so helpless ~~ I loved them. Unforgettable moments.
I needed to learn from these heartbreaking, perilous times.
      Thus, Hospice training.
      Bless your kind heart ❤️

@@nyimalhamo7856 what a beautiful response. Many thanks to you. I have been drawn to dying people for years. And as a carer wrote a book about my Mother Siobhàn and her death. That became a play. It speaks about death and dying. I performed it onstage in Manhattan and spoke about the process of death and the gift of presence as a soul leaves. I wish you a blessed day 🙏🇮🇪💚

@@mdmayhem Your book and play will resonate with many, many people. Congratulations on these poignant achievements. As a Tibetan Buddhist, we’re advised to contemplate our death daily. Yes indeed, it provides the context for an appreciated life.

(24:35)--->29:30 That special feeling/experience when someone "in the past" speaks of a truth that you have felt/experienced for as long as you can remember. Finally, someone who is able to express mySelf better [with words] than I can [or possibly could ever]🙏

(34:05)---> 39:15 ~ #RealFreedom (as #Osho describes it) seems to come when I don't attach anything to their questions/inquiries AND what they think, feel or say (or do) after I tell them the answers to such questions if they ask. I'm not running FROM or TO anything ~ (#NoPlaceToBe #NoPlaceToGetAwayFrom) There are a few more obvious examples of moments when I am "cautious" about my response but for the "most part" I'm; #NoSkinOffMy🐽👃#ItsAllAboutSoul (#BillyJoel)😅

The first caller would have been more accurate by saying "great to have You HERE" instead of "great to have You there."⁉️😌
