Have been listening to Ram Dass podcasts for a few months now. Today is Mahashivratri, Lord Shiva's Birthday. Normally, I don't visit a temple, even though I'm a devout Hindu. But it's just not my thing. Today, I felt a strong urge to go to a Shiva temple. After driving around my neighbourhood for 10 mins, (I live in Delhi), I found a Shiva temple and made my offering of flowers to a shiva linga that was in the corner. When done, I turned around to the Sanctum, which holds the deity, and there was a giant statue of Hanuman! I had found a hanuman temple. I felt the essence of Ram Dass in the air, like he was watching me and saying Gotcha! ❤
