First planter I ever used was a 7000 4 row wide. Work on another Farm that had a 7000 4 row narrow with a Rawson zone till set up on the front. That did a nice job in clay soils. I never seem to be able to find something like that now. I bought a 30 inch New Idea corn picker thinking I'd hire someone to do the planting but nobody has time. One thing I've learned as a small farmer is you have to own most all the equipment. Getting corn sprayed has been another headache prompting me to look for a sprayer.
Nice combination
Nice 3020
Is your tractor an option no three point hitch or did you remove it ? Either way it's a cool looking tractor. 👍
We always take the 3 point off when not in use. It causes extra wear and gets caught up in the tongue
I had a 4 row 7000 sold it this spring after I bought a 6 row 1250 planter
