    I used to work at a fire station that was on the edge of town. Across the street, someone built a subdivision. The Chief received a call from someone that bought a house close to our station and complained that our truck siren was too loud and wanted us to not use the siren after dark. Should not have bought a house across from a fire station.

    Point of reference: if the cops show up unannounced, they’re on a fishing expedition, looking to intimidate.
    My advice: Don’t ever buy near an airport and *NEVER* live where police helicopters routinely fly

    • @Melsincatuation
      @Melsincatuation ปีที่แล้ว

      And don't buy in areas if High crime where criminals are loose and trying to flee LE and the helicopters have a HUGE A** spotlight and as they fly right on top of houses shining that light. Once in the middle of the night I woke up thinking the world was ending !!!

    Lived beneath a flight path for years and it never bothered us. I appreciate everybody has a different perspective and noise tolerance level but, we didn’t even notice it. Being close enough to see the belly of the aircraft and the pilot waving at us was quite the thrill! It’s also reassuring that law enforcement are constantly in the area, it’s a deterrent for suspects.

    This is the silliest complaint ever. Kyle needs to get a hobby.
    The pilots aren’t aware of the “designated path” because that isn’t a thing for helicopters. They have no fly areas so they keep clear of inbound/outbound aircraft’s. If there was a designated path the FAA would’ve been looking into it. And then it wouldn’t be an problem. No one is going to risk their license to “cut a corner.”
    If that’s were they need to go then they need to go there. If they can go around, I’m sure they will do that. Considering this guy is the only one complaining I don’t imagine this is a big issue for anyone else. Kyle must have gotten a ticket recently. Lol
