I like the way you are speaking on this topic and other related to how to improve communication skill , method of improving communication skill .Every communication video on TH-cam which I have gone through have discussed the almost same techniques with a little bit difference , no body have discussed the real problem most the people have that without any knowledge how they communicate? I meant to say that where they got knowledge about something ? If they don't any knowledge about different things related to our daily life ,how thay can communicate well , although they have learnt these communication techniques too. There should be a video on TH-cam about the source of knowledge, where they get knowledge, which are recommended books by studying someone could get enough knowledge about the daily routine topis related to different issues of life which mostly people use in their daily lives, because I believe that if someone have knowledge about a topic he can communicate easily with other people without any hesitation.communication techniques only help when a person have knowledge and have proper source of knowledge .thanks
