Adventures in Boozetube: Peerless Double Oak

My not overly complicated review and input on Peerless Double Oak. I've always liked this one a lot, but when I'm trying it on camera after some other really good pours, can it hold up?!?
From Peerless Website, although this is the Double Oak Rye description:

The 'herbaceous' portion can probably be ignored as my bottle is just 'Double Oak' not the 'Double Oak Rye'
