I love how there are no cheap shots with Dimash. There's just the song in its inherent and enhanced beauty and dynamics.
Besides, he's just a sweet puppy! He's sooo good and it's so lovely to see someone SO alive and so enjoying himself on stage!

@Alehander Ross that's coz he's human. We all have a dual nature that reflects how well we are at progressing into a higher or lesser version of ourselves. I'd say due to his culture and grounding in human values, we see a more higher version of Dimash on and off stage. Of course he wouldn't be human if he didn't show emotions like anger sorrow etc. Some people refer to a moment of feedback onstage where he reacted and showed anger/annoyance. I would be too if whoever's on audio stuffed up and I get feedback right in my ears. But there were no foul words heard from D. Just a look on his face; like the whole range of emotions he's shown every time on stage. Very human. That's what makes his vulnerability so endearing.

    • @shrekswife2164
      @shrekswife2164 4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

@Alehander Rossduly noted , thanks! I suppose you could've just left it at the dual nature of man rather than stating the obvious knowing that most comments refer to his sweet and kind nature which makes your counter view an opening for argument. None of us on YT really know Dimash enough to qualify the observations we make and those who say he's sweet and kind is because thats what he looks like on stage to them. You mightve seen the opposite version but how often were those compared to the times he showed his sweetness and kindness? You need a sensible comparison to qualify your statement or theres no point to saying such things as they only raise the question of motive, and don't add value to your post or lift the spirit of those who read you. It's regressive and sucks people into the evil think culture that prevails in our societies. But its your call, most seem to want some of that DQ sweetness and kindness to rub off on them and their kids:)✌❤

IMO he didn't forget the lyrics, he just changed it purposely and was joking with dears. There was the autocue right at his legs if he had really forgotten the lyrics, he would have had a glimpse and we wouldn't have noticed it.

The concert was incredible. There is not a video out there that can touch the experience of seeing and hearing him live. He never failed to engaged the audience every song he sang. He smiled, he laughed, he joked around, he cried (several times), and he took us through every emotion with him. When he broke character... "When I was young, I dreamed about this moment, and I sing just for fun. Those days are gone. I forgot lyrics. That's OK though." He is human! He knows exactly what he is doing at every moment, even when he forgets the lyrics. LOL

I am thrilled to have been able to see Dimash, and he put on an amazing 3-hr performance. The sound quality from my seat was not clear at all, which is what I was afraid of for an arena. Still thrilled I got to see Dimash, and now I have my memories and fancam videos, which generally have had much better audio than I was able to hear at the time.

Hello Dr. Marc Reynolds. Thank you very much for your wonderful reaction. As always - very enlightening and informative, also with a lot of respect and love. 👌😘 And now to the observations at the end of Dimash`s performance: It has become a kind of ritual since he showed his vocal acrobatics for the first time in the end of this song at the Contest „The Singer" in China in 2017. He interacts with the audience in a charming, funny and loving way. Those who have known him for a longer time and have seen it more often expect it from him at this point. Like an internal communication, playful, exciting, different every time. Of course he doesn't do that at more official performances. For me he also shows with it ... "We are here among ourselves my dears, a big family, having fun and I am happy to give you what you already happily expect."
Kind greetings and love from Germany. 😘🇩🇪

I was there in front row. There is one extremely huge contrast I've noticed. Dimash on the stage x Dimash on the video from the concert. Live Dimash surprised me. He looks like an ordinary nice boy. Nothing special. He acted a little during the show, but the most of him looked very authentic. This concert was his dream come true. And he sang his heart out. Sometimes he improvised, forgot lyrics once, had been loosing his earphones constantly. He was very human. I believed him every word. On the other side Dimash on the video looks grown like at least ten years older, professional, kind of arranged and acting all the time. An alien. I made few fan cam videos for me without any professional skills and he looked like perfect polished star on the video. I really don't understand this contrast, but it is like that. You should see him singing live one day. I've been on many live concerts of big stars. None of them was like him. There is some authenticity, humanity and humbleness which is extremely captivating. He has a charisma of a prophet.

What's amazing is that he sings for 3 hours non stop, no warm up acts, no special guest stars, he had one young girl come and sing as he likes to promote young singers. That's it, the whole 3 hours of Dimash singing his little heart out. He really is someone that we love, and we love him deeply and intensely. He is our baby and we will protect him, we care about him, we want him to succeed in this world take over, yet we worry about his health, his wellbeing as to us he is family. He is a world class star, a phenomenon, yet he is still humble, generous and very respectful, and that's rare in this calibre of performer. From a Dear in Cornwall, UK 💖

Marc... I was there! The entire night was absolutely INCREDIBLE. The 3 hour concert seemed like it passed by in the blink of an eye. No matter how many 1000s of videos I watched of Dimash prior, I still felt unprepared to hear his voice LIVE. I've come to the conclusion that there is no recording device that can properly capture his voice. SURREAL. There's a fan cam video of the performance where, during the long silence, you hear a Dear say "take your time" 😂 we were in no hurry for it to end. And, yes, he was that adorable from beginning to end. ❤

The concert was fantastic! Beyond words!
This song especially was too much! He performed this song close to the final to the concert, you can't hear clearly in the video but Dimash at first said that he was losing/struggling with his voice, but he was great, in the middle part when he got silent and started play with the audience he said he forgot the lyric (but he made it in a fun way and started sing things like 'i love you Dears') that's why you heard the laughs, and then at the final playing with us and enjoying the song with that great finally, like you said IT WAS A ROLLERCOASTER!

I agree with you,dr.Marc. He creates a comfortable atmosphere at the concert, with his voice, presentation, communication with fans, and it does not get bored. The people feel and reciprocate. The only minus to the choice of video, choose fancams where it is close and clearly visible and heard what he tells the audience.

totally agree. For google translate lazybones copied in english:
"Dr. Mark Reynolds is one of the few who looked into the work of Dimash and the magic of his voice a little deeper than his colleagues and much deeper than ordinary bloggers. Dimash raises the bar highly regarding the role of the singer: his (singer's) task is not to go on stage, sing and leave. Dimash understands it much more widely: it is important for him to draw the attention of his listeners to the magic of every sound; on how, depending on the individual “reading” of a musical work, the same melody can carry different emotional stresses. In this, he sees the task of aesthetic education of his dears, the culture of music consumption as an integral part of the highly spiritual.
Thank you so much Mr. Reynolds! I wish you success and grateful students!"

You have to watch when he performs Daididau. He was totally taken back by the audiences participation in singing this song with him, it was a dream come true for him. So please watch that portion of this fabulous concert. I still can’t believe I got to see him live, on stage, it was my dream come true.🎼🎶🎤❤️🇺🇸

This was a concert so he is looser with the song than normal. People get so emotional normally in this song (even men crying) that he takes the end to lighten it up for a bit. It is tradition by now and we never know exactly what he is going to do but it is always fun.

Great observations. This song can sound melancholy and lonely, but Dimash’s interpretation is more urgent, defiant and...hopeful. When he first performed this on _Singer 2017,_ he made a significant gesture on the word “anymore” the first time it appears, a gesture implying that he was _done_ with being alone. He gave a smile and a hint of a wink. It‘s shot through with a powerful optimism rather than a bleak acceptance of isolation. There’s not a single drop of self-pity in it.

Indeed, he is. For english is my second language I love how I easily understand every single word. Love his pronounciation. Love, how he points out so much moments other reactors didn't even recognize. After lots of his videos I'm pretty sure to be a student in his class must be awesome.

I have to say that going to his concert was like an espiritual experienced. His voice live is so beyond amazing, it wraps you and caress you and heals whatever needs to be healed. Every song in that memorable concert touched my soul but at this song, it touched my heart in such level that I felt different afterwards. I went there feeling one way, came out such a different way. I honestly can say, I was healed! More like a espiritual healing. I am so glad and fortunate to have gone and experienced that. I highly recommended to go to his concert, it will be absolutely worth it. Glad I came across this channel! 🥰❤

Thank You for reacting to this one. Im not a fan of this song, and when I realized he was going to sing it, I put my phone away (I recorded everything else). I have no idea what hit me, but when he started singing I cried. Like, the ugly cry. Talk about a roller coaster... The concert was amazing, Dimash is phenomenal.
