A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle is a YA sci fi book that I highly recommend. I believe it's been made into a movie but I didn't watch that.

I had to look up that Departures book because it's everywhere, and I think you're definitely right that someone was dropping them off because it's a Univ Press book published in the 90s with like 5 goodreads ratings.

Hahahaha, I don’t feel comfortable sharing which state I’m in but you can go onto the Little Free Library app to find LFLs in your area!!! I hope you find some good ones :’)
I had no clue that LFL’s were that popular… I only know of one.
There’s an app you can download that shows LFL in your neighborhood! :-)
@@tiachu thanks for the tip… found it on iOS store… and of course the only LFL I knew of isn’t even listed on the app and it’s been around for about 8-10 years I think… but yes helpful as the app lists some others though.
There are over 160,000 LFL's all over the world right now. And that is only the registered ones.
maybe coming across that book was a sign for you to take it 😉
This would never work in my country, it makes me so sad :( They tried to do this in my area and people just stole the books

There's a Free Little Library in a neighborhood near where I live. It's an awkward feeling when you park in front of someone's house.
How do you deal with that?
I feel you! I think the nature of setting up a LFL at your house is expecting (possibly even hoping) people to utilize it, so I hope they know their LFL visitors have no malice behind visiting. + I’m always respectful of their property and am only there for a few minutes at a time. The few times I’ve run into LFL owners, they’re actually super excited to see me using it and engage in conversation which is super sweet. I say just go for it, don’t take too long in front of their house, all the while maintaining respect for their property!! 🫶🏼😎🥳

If you are a smart women like you said you should of took the social contract book by Rousseau it’s a good book
