Hi, I just installed this Junter irrigation system and I am having the following issue. The irrigation center is configured to use zone 6 as master valvule. All zone are already configured in the connector. When I link the programmer to the app Hydrawise the configuration of zone 6 as master valvule got lost and the irrigation system does not work properly. Any clue what could be happening? In the end, I am not able to use the app to manage the programmer

Glad I found this video. The suggestion to check "yes" is good to know otherwise it would not let me create an account. The installation instructions that come with the controllers lack information about how to create a Hydrawise account. Question. Why can't I see my programming on the touch screen? All zones are greyed out.

If the irrigation system did not water on the scheduled day, you may have a cancellation caused by either a sensor or a water trigger that has been enabled. This can be beneficial to save water, but if the sensor is not working, or the triggers settings with the app are set to be too sensitive then troubleshooting will be required to resolve the issue. There may be one of several reasons why the zone(s) do not come on either manually or automatically. The checklist of items will help you better identify those reasons.
Check your reports, within the Hydrawise app, verify there is not a water trigger or sensor active. If the irrigation system did not water on the scheduled day, you may have a cancellation caused by a sensor or a water trigger. For additional support please email [e-mail]

I have 2 irrigation boxes for my property...both boxes have a rain bird rain sensor.....I also have a flow sensor........how do I configure my rain bird rain sensors and flow sensor when I'm using the hydrawise app.....need to make sure rain bird rain sensors and flow sensor are connected/communicating with both my irrigation boxes

Hit the ad sensor button you can access it by suppressing the hamburger and the upper left-hand corner from the app. Sensor normally closed is the setting for the rain sensor and then pick the size for meter and click that one when you crave that sounds pretty simple

I recently purchased a home with a hunter Hydrawise unit. I can’t add the unit to my account because it says the serial number is already registered. I can’t get a hold of the former owner to unattach the serial number from their account. What do I do?

Gracias por comunicarse con el Soporte técnico de Hunter.
En ese caso solamente necesita remover el numero de serie anterior y agregar el nuevo sin la necesidad de re-programar el controlador.
En la seccion de controller settings esta el numero de serie y un boton para que este pueda ser removido, una vez removido podra agregar el nuevo numero de serie.

Hydrawise controllers go through firmware updates automatically, as long as the controller is connected to the internet it should be ok.

Hydrawise controllers can run typical irrigation schedules in an "offline mode" without internet connectivity, but they won't be connected to Hydrawise software. To get all the benefits of Hydrawise Predictive Watering, Reporting, Alerts, Water Savings, etc., the controller has to be connected to Wi-Fi.
