Just to repeat what others have said, your video was so much clearer and more helpful than the official Hunter videos. Your explanations helped me fix everything I was regarding my new Hydrawise setup. Thanks!
As a contractor I found this to be extremely useful, kinda disappointed that HUNTER doesn't have something like this out. Its a great way to share the features and functions with the homeowner by simply sharing the link. Well done
Does the main Hunter controller x2 have to be in the run setting for the planned Hydrawise zones to run on schedule? Or will they run regardless of in the off position?
Great video! Thank you. One quick question: How many start-times can I have, and if there are not enough can the individual programs (with their start-times) follow a schedule so that I can have more start times per day in total. As I'm sure you know, there are times with new lawns when it's beneficial to have many small runs to help with establishing a new lawn. Thanks for any additional info you can share.
Hello, exactly which Hunter controller do you have ? This will vary amongst the model of controller. You can always contact us at 281.500.9800 we are more than welcome to assist !
I recently purchased and had this system professionally installed. Not a fan of this due to quite a few glitches. The concept is wonderful, but the results are poor. Wish that the rain sensor worked, it did not. I wish that there was a save button available on the various locations within the app. So what I had to do was to not have the system water daily due to the fact that it does not sense precipitation and will water even when raining. I am able to select water zones. So I have to keep track of the weather so to know when I need to water. Again, it's great to come up with an idea, but this app does not work and has many flaws.
Hello, Yes you are able to. Log into the app. Click the icon on the blue tab. Click on SUSPEND ALL ZONES. Next, select SINGLE-ZONE, MULTIPLE ZONES, CONTROLLERS, or CUSTOMERS. SINGLE ZONE - Used to suspend one of your zones (stations). MULTIPLE ZONES - Used for suspending all zones or selecting specific zones (stations). Select the date range for the suspension. Use the arrow in the gray drop-down box to select a day and month. Once the date is selected, click SUSPEND. Your zones should appear faded and you will see a note stating that watering has been canceled during this date range
I need help please!!! Worried about being scammed by my irrigation installer. I have the hunter pro hc. He was supposed to have installed the moisture clik sensor in my system and above my pro hc box there is a little box for the moisture sensor but on my Hydrawise app under the sensor section there is no sensor showing. The installer that I have to run my system a few times through programming . Is that true?
Another thing that was supposed to have been installed was a flow meter but he says that “I told you that it takes about 3-4 watering cycles for it to learn the flow of each zone. If you're not using all the zones. How is it supposed to know what the normal flow rate is?”

My sensor is showing red, what I'm suppose to do?
Can I run 2 zone at the same time.

The video should zoom in on the apps.
Just like the Hunter videos. Starts and assumes you have Zones already set up - doesn't tell you how to add Zones. It's the elephant in the room
Need to show more phone & not your hand or back ground.
I miss this old app, the new updated version is crap!!!!!
the music is really distracting to your purpose.
