I agree jason is a really good character(i know it's really controversion but it's my opinion). His ambition for revenge is really facinating. He was probably symbol for the town, he didn't know what was going on and he though his enemy was lucas, eddie and the hellfire club. of course we hate him because we know what is going on. but i'm sure if I lived in hawkins i would totally be on his side.

I REALLY can't rank characters but here we go: 1. Will 2. Dustin (especially because of S3) 3. Joyce 4. Eleven 5. Murray (he is the one character who always has that S3 writing even in the most serious season of them all. And it still works somehow) 6. Owens (I simply find his character really intriguing) 7. Hopper 8. Steve 9. Robin 10. Alexei (Even if he is a pretty passive character I wanted to include him because he is such fun in Season 3, he is a character we know very little about but has interesting character traits that somehow add up and also don't. Like he is very intelligent and yet his reason for wanting to stay in America was to simply have fun. AND his death moved me way more than it should have 😂) I also have Brenner somewhere in there though he is obviously not a "likeable character" like all the others. But I think he is a very interesting antagonist who works in his own logic and S4 definitely helped establish that even more That was very hard. At the end of the day Will is 100% the number one for me. The others were a bit harder to rank To elaborate on Will because some will say he is not really that much in the last two seasons. That is true BUT I honestly think that helps build his character in a weird way. He is an introvert who also is suppressing his emotions (and I believe powers but that is a different theory). For such a character it is honestly natural to be in the background because he wants to be. Look through those two seasons and how passive he is. He almost never takes charge which is what a character like Will would do. So yeah, it might make him less of a main character but it also really highlights his character and I really think will pay off when he finally finds himself in S5 and at the same time gets more screentime.
It’s gonna be hard for me to think of a whole top ten list but I know %100000 that Dustin, Lucas, Steve, & Max are my top 4, maybe even all at #1 for me lmao

Wow, I agree with a lot of it. Not all, but a lot! Not many people like Mike (most hate him and it hurts me) but it’s nice to see Jonathan get some love! He’s one of my favourites and more people deserve to see how great he is!
Jonathan is a top ten for me so it’s nice to see him on other peoples lists, I think the last two seasons have really overshadowed how fantastic he was in the first two seasons. He still gets some great moments with Will in season 4

Wow, I agree with a lot of it. Not all, but a lot! Not many people like Mike (most hate him and it hurts me) but it’s nice to see Jonathan get some love! He’s one of my favourites and more people deserve to see how great he is!
Jonathan is a top ten for me so it’s nice to see him on other peoples lists, I think the last two seasons have really overshadowed how fantastic he was in the first two seasons. He still gets some great moments with Will in season 4
