Idk why, but the final boss of this game is, bassically, how I always imagined myself the last battle between Sonic and Eggman would look like, after they both became way older and grew tired of each other, to the point where they just want to end it, even if it means that somebody will die.
@@christopherbravo1813 no, because if you remember Sonic & the B l a c k Knight, Sonic had a sword named Caliburn in that game, so he can use that. Eggman would go Super, after Sonic destroyed his giant robot (I know that "Metal Gear" machine is from a complitely different franchise than Sonic, but I'm sure Eggman could create something similar to it with his Genius, at one point), and break Caliburn, so Sonic is forced to go Super too and in the ending Boss Battle Sonic would use that Excalibur Super form to repair Caliburn and defeat Eggman ones and for all, imo, or maybe he would use some else's sword, but idk. Sorry for my English.
crazy, i want to see more of this kind of gameplay. already watched the ninja gaiden full playthrough and it was enjoying to watch it. and now this MGR:R?! epic. Do Bayonetta and Devil May Cry as they have the same kind of this playstyle. Bayonetta will be much more harder than you think.
Are you sure you playing it on "Hard" difficulty? To me it looks more like "Very Hard" difficulty since in prologue, Gekko only appeared on Very Hard and Revengeance mode. But nice gameplay btw 👍

so Eggman gets superpowers, Sonic learns to fight with a sword after losing a significant portion of his speed, and they both become super durable? XD

@@KLUCZESIA it's okay. also, I said "learn to fight with a sword" because Sonic wasn't really able to swordfight properly. in his game.
