Rockstar should use this chop shop for the vehicles removed from game. Meaning each week there should be one removed vehicle amongst the rotated cars and we can then decide to keep it or sell it. It’s a good way to work with their removed vehicles but give people a chance to earn a reduced price instead of full price like when they show up everywhere else.
I've had a few of the removed cars show up in my Auto Tuner garage. Got a Comet that way.
the auto shop does some, and the places where they put cars up basically do it
@@M4R3.EX3 rockstar has it in a bunch of places, auto shop, Simeon’s, ls car meet, clubhouse, etc. I’m saying this would be a good place to put them and work for them, instead of buying it at full price. Which would help those new levels get these cars.

I love that the ad for this video is the Rockstar ad for this Chop Shop update. I think it stinks that you can't just take the Tow Truck out in Free Roam, or manage any updates (like bulletproof tires) to it.

It is probably because if you connect tow trucks to each other they glitch around? I saw a video of this. A row of tow trucks all connected and they flew around like popcorn
What if two people drive the tow truck out of both of their shops and try to meet up somewhere ?
I really hope they do allow us to claim the vehicles. My Omaggio robbery from last week glitched and both the sale and salvage values are $0. It's not a car I would normally buy myself and it has a pretty cool livery, so if I can't make any money on it then I might as well keep it.

I don't think this is for the mini heist cars. I think this is for the tow truck cars. If you notice, some of the repo cars are upgraded already. If they do the mini heist cars, it will not be for 5 figures. MAYBE 40% off at max. I hope I'm wrong but highly doubt they are going to give high demand cars for 20k unless maybe it's a gtaplus feature.
I had a problem like this and they gave me $1.1 million for that.
@@vedantpani4672 yeah, they just sent me notification last night they were going to do something similar, except I haven't seen the deposit/notification yet. I'll check tonight. This also deactivated my Auto Shop as well, and they said they were including that in my compensation. I have the Auto Shop already and had done numerous Auto Shop contracts but I now have to redo the set up mission all over again and reconfigure everything (including bedroom/spawn point). Pain in the ass but what can you do.
Its been 3 weeks and we still haven't been able to have the ability to keep any of the cars from the car robberies and I'm beginning to wonder if rockstar is ever going to allow it. That would mean we all would have wasted our time with getting the chop shop and I know there's others who are thinking the same.

Always love this guys positivity. Im not sure why folk get so upset if a free DLC is not what they expected. Like Taco said "It is what it is". Rockstar wont change just because we dont like it. Rockstar is gonna Rockstar. I am just happy that after 10 years we still get content for a game that cost 60 bucks. It could be worse, Bethesda could own it then we would pay for every DLC.... Still, I dont get much time to play. mainly a couple of hours on the weekend, so my perspective may differ. I dont mind waiting for the next heists or whatever they are doing. its third week already and still can't get them as personal that sucks cuz I already have full scrapyard of 4 cars that I want to make as personal and now this week we have 3 more cool cars

I still don't see the value in the mors mutual add-on. I rarely ever destroy my own vehicles, it's usually another player who pays. And the most expensive insurance is 10k? 20k? on weaponized vehicles, which is nothing to worry about getting. I've been trying to find out if we get all insurance fees free or something but since you said it's just a percentage off, that helped me alot. I'd rather save the 400-500k on it myself.

For anyone wondering how to keep the vehicles, i just watched a breakdown by TGG saying that rockstar picks 1 vehicle that you can keep. when you have one that you can keep, walk up to it and the option 'claim' should show up. Than if you have document forgery it will cost 10.000, if you dont its 20.000, but either way, way better than 1.200.000 for some cars lol. Good luck

As a player that i play every day when i get off work. I can say it sucks that i have to wait till next week for another heist to show up to be honest. I rather wait 45 minutes for another to show up. Its like the auto shop robberies. Once you finish one the board refresh with other heist to do. I really wish that Rockstar change that because i want to enjoy this DLC.

3. When u want to drive it ,start sell to Yusif.
4.drive it for 30 minutes then turn off ur console before time expires

I'm not 100% sure but I would assume no? I think we will need to empty out salvage yard to then do the new robberies to unlock the option to do the buying.

There's a lot of cars in the game they deleted the option to buy or get and i want them, and i'm not gonna lost an oportunity ti get the Albany Hermes or the Vapid Hustler
Also, i know a lot of this cars can be got via the casino, but i'm in argentina and the diamond casino is not available here (A shitty law prohibited the casino in the game for some reason, even when there is a lot of adds about online casinos and real cssinos here)

On the mission to steal the Weevil, in the Captains quarters, the Captain hat is off to the right corner for pickup during the mission. If you grab it then, you get it awarded after mission completion. If you miss it in mission, you don’t get it awarded. Enjoy!

So if you really get to keep top end cars for a smaller fee that would make up for the crappier payouts and time to payout ratio with the heists and excessive cooldown associated with them. Now if they can just let you use that tow truck vehicle in a future update as a personal vehicle, because why pay that much for it esp the shiny painted one when it just stays in the shop 😄

wow they chose to Drip feed something they told us we could do in the Introduction Cutscene. Unfortunately that sounds like Modern Rockstar.
I think that they nerfed the Pisswasser Passout for the Union Depository Job contract, along with some other things like using your Nightclub's surveillance cameras to go AFK. Job Teleporting seems harder since they shortened the transition times, but it still worked for me. But I ended up drunk as a skunk in the vault and having to fight my way out, never having passed out (the Diversion did lower the 5-star rating down to 2-star).
I discovered that quickly after too. Sucks. That was my main income. Still is tho, just gotta fight a bit and take a left and grab the helicopter. Cops are more of a pain that route though

@@timduke6120 It used to b that you could set your character up to watch the surveillance camera and then go AFK for an unlimited time. While you're AFK the game is still running and you're accumulating $ in your passive businesses and building stock to sell later. Job Teleporting was a method where you could start a Job but then cancel out of it, and your character would be spawned at where the Job starting point would be, but you would still be in the same lobby/session.

Great video. As I found myself throwing gas canisters down air vents in a mission it dawned on me that half the development team could have been 10-12 years old when this game came out. It's not so much the constantly reused content as it is there may be to many pickers and packers and not enough checkers. I actually love the new business more for the tow service than the same old camping in cover annoying interior missions that rockstar has now deprived us of using the up an atomizer in. I'm hoping the tow service isn't double money this week but 37K for a salvaged Fusilade seems high.

@@Shadowwodahs It's more than any contact mission pays, more than any auto shop client delivery pays, more than I'm guessing 3 hours of taxi work, more than all first and last dose missions, ULP missions, ect. When the Fusilade was available for purchase it cost 36K and if you steal it off the street and sell it, you get 3,600 for it at LS Customs.
Salvaged Banshee only pays out 35k, so yeah: 37k for a salvaged Fusilade seems high.

Are we going to buy the exact car and it gets removed from the chop shop after we buy it? Or are we buying a copy of it like if we were buying a copy of our auto shop cars?
If the first one, do we get to keep the license plate background that's on the car? Or does it revert to a normal plate background? If we get to keep the exact car that we steal, do we get to keep the personalized plate that's already on the car like what we did with Dr Friedlander's car that had a personalized plate?
If we're buying a copy of the car, do we get to keep the plate background at least?
Because on my main account, I've already done the first 3 car robberies and saw what looks like Las Venturas plate on the Immagio, a Liberty City plate on the BF Weevil and a LS Pounders plate on the other car that we steal from Arena Wars

Did anyone noticed in the car robberies, you can use absolutely any type of vehicle? Pegasus, Special, Aircraft, you name it.
That may be because you did not leave the session you are in when you launch the robbery, or basically you’re not in a job lobby.
Hi , I hear everyone saying u get 3 cars to steal for the salvage yard and I got 4 cars not 3 and I’ve got photos to show I have so unless Rockstar updated it from 3 to 4 cars and I’ve sold them all , I’m stil waiting for new cars to load onto my salvage yard computer so I can go and steal and sell more of the high class cars 🤙
On PS4 still and 2 months on still NO OPTION TO BUY a car!!!! nothing stand in front of said car box comes up Sell: Multiple sales (with crew to sell them) Salvage parts. took a $270k car to sell tried to garage it in one of my garages no option to drive in. Has R* forgotten this option or have the blocked it like these cars are PS5 spec so "no you can't have them"? anyone know?

Mors Mutual ist cheaper after you get the auto chop. I paid 5000 GTA Dollar to get my MK II back after it get's destroyed instead of 10.000. So my opinion ist, buy this upgrade.
Hey taco, found a neat game breaking bug today concerning the chop shop. I was getting tired of the 3+ mile tow missions so I figured I would treat it like my vehicle warehouse and use the cargobob. I only use the bob for source\sell missions. While in the tow I would mark the location and fly out and snag the car, fly back and drop it next to the truck then drive in. Two things stuck out right away, first, when I hooked the vehicle I dropped off it wanted me to still go to the original location. Second it didn't give me the ring to drive into the garage but when I pulled up it gave me the animation and said the vehicle was recovered. Here's where it gets good. When you appears in the garage the car you supposedly recovered isn't on the lift and when you exit the garage you can't reenter or enter any other businesses as it will say you are on mission. I tried this twice. The only way to recover is to find a new mission. So I guess there's no cheesing the missions for now. Thought you might find this interesting. I play on Xbox btw.
