Hi, Love the video series, can you tell me if you have sorted out how to incorporate a national grid as part of a plan import. In the UK we use OS national survey maps, that are aligned to the national grid, this is not the same as Lat and Long and is peculiar to the UK, but we use it in all CAD programs for setting out buildings.
If you want a sample dwg of a map, let me know

Hi Stephen - Honestly, I wasn't even aware this was an issue (which I realize is a completely unhelpful response :) ) - Can you give me an idea of your workflow with these grid imports? Meaning if you're importing a CAD file, then using it to lay out your buildings, what are you doing with the file after that? Are you exporting it somewhere, or just printing out a set of 2D drawings?
could u please give us the licence for placemaker, the trial doesn't work :(
As in it won't load? I can't give you a license for placemaker - I'm not the developer, and it's a paid extension....
