Think before buying RS-10,500 + for battery replacement (36v 5.5AH) battery. Also! it varies from showroom to showroom. no one says the MRP / actual cost.

Good cycle initially but after one or two years the components start failing. Especially rubber coated electric wires give way too soon. They simply disintegrate, leaving the connection lost and the cycle stranded. Spare wire costs as much as 1/4th the cycle cost and takes more than a month that too after regular prodding. So be aware before you buy the Hero Lectro.

bhai had I seen your comment earlier, I would have saved my 55k. These hero idiots can't even provide any support. They took 55K for a shitty product for which I have to go to mechanic twice in last 2 days. Had a word with a bigger cycle dealer in Delhi he told that their product develop snags with in 6 months and hero is pathetic in terms of customer service. Regretting my decision of this purchase.
