The Third Street Saints are now pop culture icons, going on to become one of the biggest criminal organizations in the world.
However, their luck runs out one day when they decide to rob a bank not knowing it belonged to the Syndicate, an organization with nearly the same amount of power and influence. This culminates in them arriving in the city of Steelport, the heart of enemy territory. How will they survive in a city that doesn't want them there?
