Was going to complain how the last video where we find the answer to the universe is not #42 but looks like no complaining will be required. Happy birthday!
This was so intense! I couldn't look away for a second during the fish part and the multiple hiccups during the last coordinate were immensely exciting!
I remember multiple times gliding past the fishies, it is always the most nerve wracking bit, at least you didnt end up panicking when you see them back pedal and end up having them sitting at the entrance staring you down. And yes, there are fishies in the first room too, many dont realize because they are far enough away and unless you are purposely exploring each of the lights you wont see them, i find the safest way is to go to feldspar then straight thru, and if you gun it to the entrance and take your hands off the controls you will do exactly as you did and drift all the way to safety, once you get to the eggs your more or less safe to punch it the rest of the way
A good rule of thumb is it's safe to use the ship's thrusters when you can't hear them breathing. Also fun and unsettling fact: the lights in DB? All anglerfish, which are in other 'rooms' projecting through seeds, or in the 'room' you're in ;) Hence it's best not to barrel through blindly and why the Vessel seed is hard to find, since there is no anglerfish in there and therefore no light to follow.
Perhaps it is cruel of me, but watching you panic with the coordinates and fumble the marble was highly amusing (and, perhaps, ever-so-slightly reminiscent ~ ) The trick is to look where you want it to be, rather than past, but I suppose that it's a moot point now ;P You've made it, at last. To....... *somewhere* Next time: the shocking conclusion!
This game has been a wild ride, in any way you want to put it. And now, the cliffhanger! Kiko, you're evil. I just had my fingers trimmed, and now you have me biting my nails to the root!!! My friend, thank you. Thank you for a wonderul experience. And now, a question for all the viewers... how many of us were holding our breaths while Kiko was navigating next to those darn fishes?
That would have been a 50+ minute video. What with my birthday being so close when I recorded this, splitting the videos allows for me to not record on my birthday and thus better enjoy it.
What a ride it's been.
I love the remix of the end-of-the-world theme.

What a cliffhanger… argh, but thank you very much for this wonderful lp 😊

I was so nervous for you
"Marble based navigation was a mistake!" - your character, moments before warping into a wall.
Nomai "listen it made sense when we first made that navigation."

Yep, the ball follows exactly where you're pointing, so there's no need to look so far away from everything. :D
That anglerfish got uncomfortably close.
Way too close for my liking.
Loving this play through!
Now, I need a new pair of pants.

Aw, I was waiting for one big long episode. Nice work :)
I believe it's what people in the business call a cliffhanger. :P
I'm astonished you decided to just go for it without making a few dry runs, without the core, to make sure you had the route down.
Sometimes, you've just got to Feldspar it.
With you saying this is part 1 of a 2 part, that has you concluding it. I can safely say.... Thank you.
Imagine if they hadn't brought the memory statue back to Timber Hearth and it was just Gabbro aware of the time loop.
Darn that code entering UI is quite buggy! We should have a talk with these Nomai UX designers!
I think it would have been better if you didn't split the video and just let the finale play out all in one go.

Happy birthday, @@Kikoskia! 🎂
@Kikoskia That's fair then, happy birthday 🎂
watch(ing)(ed) this episode with such held breath it wasn't even funny. was so nervous.
Is this the last video?
Yoda cryptically responded, "No, there is another."
