@@SamsRealty That was my reaction - no real garden - but then not everybody actually wants to have to look after lawns etc & there is lots of natural greenery around the home & a few big pots could make up for no dirt to mess around in ! The house itself is pretty nice, and the price is very good !

The name of the village, nearest town/s to get to basic amenities(bars, restaurants, grossary/food store, mini mart, hardware diy store...) by car?
Oh my gosh! Very well kept. I can due without the greenspace. Unless there are people who can keep it up for you. I love it! I take it, that it must be well water and septic sewer not municipality/city services?...
Hi! There is approximately 20 sqm of garden behind the small shed. The home is indeed run on a septic tank. The water main and electricity is all connected with municipal services. The home needs very little, if any maintenance whilst you are gone. It is IDEAL for a vacation property.
