great video and eloquently said. the mental stress and energy must be overwhelming at times. thats what makes a race so different to training. swimming with stress makes an athlete so restricted. then the friggin transition to the bike , please god no technical problems. just want to get to the run in one piece with good legs and then i can relax! Id like to know how you pros train the mental edge.
They should also make RR-moped version so the fooken media and official mopeds stay way way off the draft zone, 40m in front or 20m behind and 5m aside... It would start bleebing for the driver and their race moped licence could be revoked if they dont obtain to the rules!
