No one answered you so I thought I'd let you or anyone else know. You need to either turn your rotors or replace them when you change the pads. This is because your rotors will have grooves worn in them that will reduce breaking power until your pads wear enough to fit the grooves. A lot of shops will do this to save money but it lowers the total lifetime of your pads. The cost of having rotors turned compared to buying new is like $5 so I always buy new rotors just in case the old ones are a little warped. Recycle the old ones. Most auto parts stores will take them off your hands for free and they aren't worth much as scrap.
