We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.
Exercises were good, but there must have been 20+ ads in this workout!!! Not worth it. No warmup, not enough time to get ready for next exercise (barely a preview) and no cool down!
No unnecessary talking, excellent fat burning workout, love it 💪🏽
All I gotta say is my wig is no longer on my head 😫🔥💪🏾👏🏾
