Water animation on the windscreen is just the ugliest in any of the racing games recently released or even worse when compared to any previous Dirt games, why is it so tough for them to fix this and dirt/mud build up on cars, is it UE4 preventing them from fixing it along with water splashes, hopefully in near future they will fix it as not much has changed graphically compared to alpha review build to current build.

I’ve just watched a TH-camr who has the 1.4 patch already. It still stutters and frame skips. The game is still optimised poorly. Wish I could get a refund. I’ve wasted £45 at present. I run a 4090 pc , this shouldn’t be happening. So disappointed
We would love a livery share option. Also the ability to create a sticker from multiple shapes, then put it on the car. I honestly think most people don’t care about the battle pass liveries.
I play on the PS5 version on Oled TV. I was impatiently awaiting this update thinking that it would correct the main problem of this great game, the "tearing". In external view (third person), on all circuits we always have a tearing that extremely tarnishes the gaming experience. This aspect makes a bad impression in relation to the quality and diversity of content on this episode. Please fix this big tearing problem on all circuits.
You only use the third-person perspective in a car racing game when there is no interior camera. Play in first person view. It's more fun and more immersive.
I dont think that these stages looks the same as real. I drove through all stages this year and it doesnt match them at all. I expexted much more. Lets see how it will look in game.
Can you explain a little more about this issue? I keep hearing this a lot. Is it not just the TV? I bought a new TCL QLED with 60hz and my game videos are all blurry in it. But on other TV's it's fine. I'm not sure if it's TH-cams algorithm doing it or Dolby Vision screwing it up.
The games anti aliasing is poor. There is pop up in the scenery and environment. The trees pop up out of nowhere and so does foliage etc. the game stutters and is optimised poorly. I find it unplayable at present. Hoping they fix it. I’ve wasted £45 at the moment. 😢

@EA SPORTS WRC what about the falling snow effect? you did it wrong in my opinion. It looks artificial. There's no depth to it. He is not distinguished by the feeling of such an aura. In the next update, make the falling snow effect again. Work on it.
OMG, physics and gameplay in general still look so off and arcady. Look at it, on wet stages griping very hard turns at 130+ Kmh. Also, the car seems like its attached to the surface all the time. It looks so weird 😢😢 that and the performance issues are stoping me from buying this. And I wont buy it untill, at least, the issues are fully gone. Sorry, it has to be this way!! We gamers shouldn't accept mediocrity, period. I know its hard, but wee all have to start doing it or this will keep happening 😢

This game on ps5 sucks you get to season 3 and try to start the game again you get something went wrong no matter what you do so on ps5 you only can do two seasons in career mode

So ok, the stage names are Czech but the track details aren't. The verge posts and bus stations are German, police cars Austrian... it's a hybrid made by someone not caring enough (so usual with EA). There is so much nonsense I don't want to even start digging.
Non realistic tarmac handling so far... I have no idea who implemented this catastrophic handling for this rally game. Take a look for RBR, KT WRC, Rally cam dashboard and compare with magical spinning force in this game where occurs every time when you corner or take an angle attack in the corners... No realism in any case. Co-Drivers are much worse than in WRC Generations and DR2.0 not to mention great RBR.
Nice game, very realistic graphics. I played WRC 6 FIA WORLD RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP & WRC 9 FIA WORLD RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP, those both games were very nice too.

Did Finnish stages foliage get an upgrade, it doesnt even feel like Finland ffs, i live here and was at Päijälä for this years wrc, altitude profile is completely messed up for the whole stage!

Salut ! C’est pour vous informer d’un bug sur votre jeu, quand ont passe la ligne d’arrivé d’une spécial en mode contre la montre, ont ne peu plus contrôlé la voiture ont est d’accord ? Et bien après avoir passé la ligne je suis sorti de la piste et apparemment j’ai du tapé dans un arbre ou autre et ça m’a compté un abandon de la spécial, merci de faire remonté cet info et de rectifier le problème c’est plutôt grave comme problème surtout qu’il y a des specials qui peuvent duré + 1/4 heure, ça frustre beaucoup surtout quand ont bat son record précédent

There is a camera view in replay mode where the camera is inside in the middle of the car between the driver and co-driver. Please make this an option for in game play!
I enjoy it, but really it should come down to what youre looking for. The game is pretty good out of the box if you can run it. However, some settings may need changed and perfected for your experience.
I cant stop playing this game especially after the last update game looks good i get solid 60 fps don't have to play on low graphics anymore mixture of epic medium and high graphics on 1440p RX 6600 and it supports my old 2007 wheel Logitech GT perfect force feedback
Not to mention the graphics and the instability of the game (for the moment in waiting for next patchs), the physics and fantastic sounds part is the most realistic of all rally games it's close to rbr in a bit more permissive so looks like the perfect rally sim be happy to have it instead of laughing ! )

all good, youll see ADAC alot during most German motorsports events as they act as a large sponsor. CER and the previous rally german took place in two very different locations with different road characteristics.@@nindschaYT
If this is a live service game I'm actually quite happy about it, I think seasonal sports like football and rally lend really well to live service. Just don't pay wall us from vehicles and stages and we're all good

Agreed! Past WRC games had a sticker editor so you could make your own shapes. I wish they would let us use all the licensed logos too.

Physics look extremely off, there's no reaction from the suspension whatsoever no body roll no pitch ... the car is static like a go-kart ..

Are you talking about the bloom issue? If it is then you can disable it in the config file. This is for PC though.

He makes the pace notes for every stage so definitely not the 1st time.
I've seen some streams drive way faster than he drives. If Jon drives so slow then I'm not sure how he's going to win rallys. 😃

What is wrong with it? Only asking as i use the TH8a with the tm sim hub and it all seems ok.

Not to mention the graphics and the instability of the game (for the moment in waiting for next patchs), the physics and fantastic sounds part is the most realistic of all rally games it's close to rbr in a bit more permissive so looks like the perfect rally sim be happy to have it instead of laughing ! )

Can’t wait to try them all, not sure why if there’s that many stages, some couldn’t be in Germany and Austria since it’s the Central Europe rally but maybe in the next DLC they’ll add the other locations.
Hybrid ingame set location. Landscape and stage names is czech, but using german and austrian assets (austrian police car, german bus station sign...)
The environment looks the same as Croatia Rally and Monte Carlo, but the stage itself looks enjoyable.
I hoped Germany had tight vineyards stages...
Why would it, the real CER doesn't have vineyards...

ADAC is a german motor group, and sponsor. it has nothing to do with the rally based near the Panzerplatte stages. @@nindschaYT

all good, youll see ADAC alot during most German motorsports events as they act as a large sponsor.
CER and the previous rally german took place in two very different locations with different road characteristics.@@nindschaYT
If this is a live service game I'm actually quite happy about it, I think seasonal sports like football and rally lend really well to live service. Just don't pay wall us from vehicles and stages and we're all good
