Why did you not use Autothrust? For me this always activates together with Profile mode.
I was just going to ask the same thing. Can we engage auto throttle the same time we engage autopilot?
Here in the US, landing lights go off at 10K, not 18K.
Some US airlines turn them off at 18k feet.

I was confused that u were climbing in profile mode but manual throttle. Did I miss something?
You are correct for this comment. Why??
It kicked off likely due to a bug as this was recorded on the pre-release version. He mentioned it in an earlier section of this tutorial.

Depends on conditions, load, etc.
Just run your targeted flight through simbrief and it’ll either work or not.
Why did the a/th deactivate shortly after takeoff? Shouldn’t this be on? bug?
Probably a bug since I filmed this using a pre release beta version.
Great video, but the A 300 don’t follow constraints in profile climb. The A300 follow constraints only in profile descent.
