Hi glad they help you …one of the things I found that helped me was that I felt so sick from drinking and I focused on how well I felt when sober ..the relapses over time will weaken the body and this is so important to make people aware it’s not good to stop - start so take 1 day at a time and build on that 👍
Thank you for posting this video. I'm sorry this happened to you. I have also been dealing with relapses. Alcohol is a real bitch to stay away from. It's been 3 months this time for me. I have a few alcohol related health problems as well, such as gout and neuropathy. I only drank beer as well. Alcohol is alcohol. It doesn't matter; beer, wine, hard booze. At the end of the day it can all kill you.
Hell there .. I fully agree it doesn’t matter which form it takes Alcohol is a drug & a poison but it’s legal and available everywhere apart from hospitals & prisons … it kills millions and in particular women’s deaths from alcohol related issues are rising at an increasing speed 37% in 5 years in UK please subscribe… interact and we can build a strong community…also sorry to hear about your illness through drink but well done on 3 months sober I drink ALCOHOL FREE drinks now👍

I definitely subscribed. And thank you for stopping by my channel as well. We have a similar story in that I had gotten sober for 7 years before going on a 4.5 year bender. Burned my life down in the process. Keep up the good work! I'm 47 now and basically have been drinking since I was 13.
