That tarmac track is too narrow, and should cover the width of the road, and it look as if the road itself has been badly prepared and covered . Not suitable for that size of vehicle . It would be better to recover it with concrete .
The driver could have cleared this curve by turning a little late, using the road space available on his left side to gradually come down the slope and control the steering to avoid right side portion from going into the ditch area. He turned early, leading to his right side rear wheels going into the ditch area making imbalance for entire vehicle.
