I do a similar protein oatmeal except I put my milk and protein in a shaker bottle first then pour it in and heat it at 30 second intervals to prevent the over spill. Just incase you wanna try!
I've seen a lot of videos on Aldi. It seems like a good place for healthy food, but it's not a convenient drive for me. I think you should definitely shop around there , if it's not too far for you.
For your oatmeal, you just need a larger bowl and microwave for 1 min 35 to 40 seconds! And then if it needs more time a bit more. Otherwise it will explode. :)

Bro trust me just cook your oats on the stove top in small pot, let them brown a bit in there for Iike a minute then add your liquid it tastes so much better than microwave
