How do you make these plastic parts to be matched each other so precisely? Looks really impressive, like a factory product.
Is there some secrets how to make such precise parts with just a saw?

I'm pretty sure he used a printer for some of the smaller parts. You can see the printer lines on the sides. 7:09 for example

@@nickw.1957 not 3d printed those are mostly the texture after sawing the PVC. I did the same thing different and simpler project and it definitely does that effect lok clearly

Yeah those who are suggesting on suspension improvement are correct. After all it’s an off-road suv. I mean you will feel every bumps and potholes while driving this handmade RC G-wagon. Great observation guys.

But plastic in this video had already been produced (as a plastic pipe), and now it has no way to be fully vanished from the face of the Earth (or this way already exists, but we are unaware of it because the “big business” owners don’t want to spend their money to vanish it).
As a RC toy, this piece of plastic will just be kept in this man’s home for a long time. It won’t stay as a garbage here and there, in forests or rivers.
But it’s a very big shame to the “big business” owners, who continue to produce plastic etc., knowing that it won’t be utilized safely.
This production needs to be stopped now. We do not think about the catastrophe we make right now

But the more pipes etc. are produced, the more waste we have. No matter if they are sanded by this man, or they will be “sanded” when rubbing against pebbles in the ocean, or against each other in the dump.
I think this man takes this fine dust and finds the way to utilize it, not to throw it out to the nearest river.
But yes, all about plastic is very, very unpleasant.
We don’t need materials like this if we want to live. Sadly the big business do. And sadly we don’t think about this problem so hard as it needs to be thought. Very important for us to know what each of us can do to solve this

This one guy designed, cut and assembled the body and then put together the electronics/moving parts to create a precision radio controlled replica of the G Wagon, all without the use of any computer modelling/3D printing! Thoroughly impressive and an exceedingly rare set of skills/talent.
I love building, wrenching, and creating when it comes to RC, but this just isn’t fair, the leval that this guy is on.
