Saw this CULT CLASSIC when I was just 10 at The President Theater in the Bronx 1975.....GOOD MEMORIES!!!....GREAT MOVIE!!!
Loved this classic the first second I saw the opening credits!
One of my favorite 70 movie
Pooter was only 14 when this MASTERPIECE was filmed
I grew up knowing all colors. Black is Beautiful!!
As far as I'm concerned Michael Schultz should've won the Oscar for BEST Director for this Masterpiece!!!
You're not wrong!!!
He was really driving & they were really scared.😆😅🤣
Love it. I remember. I was there.
Don't forget Fugees were influenced by it to. The last part of Killing Me Softly was inspired by the movie
Spoiler alert🎶 seen Cooley High, cried when Cochise died 🎶
Love this movie did a review about it
cooley high wasn't a blaxplotataion movie
Steve Krantz The Wife Of Chick Lit Novelist was part of this Movie. He had a Chance to do Grease but changed his mind and lost a chance to make 350 Million in Box Office Sales. Co-Incidentally Grease debuted in Chicago in a Theater in 1971.
Went by Cooley High in the 60's. I'm white.
They took this off brown sugar why
If it was gone, ( Gotta have a subscription ) it’s there now.
Probably because of copyright issues.
