Hmm does you have this model or the completely wireless one? Both will work plugged in
Did you ever find a fix? I just unboxed mine and all the lights seem to be working, but I cannot get the pump to turn on...kinda disappointing.
No I never found a fix with the first fountain so I returned it The second one didn’t work either same problem as the first one!!!😡😡
