With the virus? Hope so. One more shot. We've been toy hunting the whole time... I try to limit such large toy hunts like the time we went to Philly, including some not-so-wonderful areas... but I really wanted to not be dead last like usual with this wave, so, I kept looking. With Hasbro, everything can be pre-ordered, so that eliminates the need for toy hunting, unless you run a larger Power Ranger toy channel, and things are showing up in early May that don't ship until August. So... I have to choose between being 3 - 4 months behind the rest of the zillion people who now post Power Ranger toy videos, or waste a week running all over PA trying to find the wave. Well, at least I found them, and after almost 30 hours of non-stop editing, at least 16K of our 540K+ subscribers decided to check out the video. 😡
@@DividedAsOne idk if it helps any but I have always really enjoyed the videos you have put out. I am also one of the ones you watched your most recent one and thought it was really good.

I wish I knew how long TH-cam gives people to watch a video until they decide it's a failure and stop sending it out. Like, not everyone can watch every video for every channel they're subbed to the minute it's uploaded. On this channel, we get maybe a day, then the video's dead. On MMPRtoys, videos can have a slow start but still be going years later (or get a second or even third life). This channel's just in a hole.

You found Splinter and Baxter the only one I need from that line and I can't find it anywhere in Vegas :( Great luck on Wave 9. Nothing found near me so far.
Toy hunting at Target these days is so absurd lol. Target has had this weird policy that employees can not get collectible toy items out of the back for customers for a few years but not every store enforces that rule strictly. The store I've worked at the last three years did not enforce it but the store about five miles away did, it honestly just depends on management preferences. With the current craze of Pokemon and other trading cards, Target corporate further restricted this policy for all collectible toy items across all stores, so that is probably why the employee said to pick one. But even though the corporation itself wants to enforce the policy more, it still really depends on each store's management and employee preferences which is why you may see different outcomes in each store. I hope that helps :)
I'm sure Logan Paul had something to do with that. In every state I've shopped in, it's always the same thing. Different stores say different things. Different people at the same store say different things. And not even limited to Target and toys. Boy does Mia have a story about Verizon and her photo. I hear "we can't sell this before the street date" all the time, but, I've been getting things out of the back since the 1980s. As MMPRtoys, you can imagine how often I've done this in the past 14 years. This was the first time ever that anyone said "it's not up to me, but don't buy all of them." That's most certainly a first.
I actually found FOUR lightning collection sets at my local GameStop. I haven’t found them anywhere but there was SPD red, lost galaxy blue, SPD pink, and a double set with lost galaxy red and psycho red. (I couldn’t buy anything because that’s not what i was there for but they were there)
GameStop is the ONLY place I've seen LC figures, in months. Well... maybe that's not true, I think I did see Lost Galaxy Red at my local Target a while ago. (And the 2 packs, of course, especially the monsters...)
I think the TCG crowd has kinda ruined collectible shopping at places like Target and WalMart. They are hyper aware of scalpers and are actively trying to fight that. Not saying you did anything wrong, they are just trying to be proactive. Glad you found them!
I thought the same when he said "Pick which one you want" and Bruno was like "They're unique I want them all" lol. Honestly don't mind if employees are starting to limit individuals to one per customer. That's how you combat scalpers.
@@mrgtoyz I support that. Thanks to scalping I can never find the TMNT figures. It wasn't lost on me that the Target person sees a guy, clearly in his early to mid 20s, buying Power Rangers and just assumed it was for scalping. That's why I replied they were unique figures.
now I want to collect the Lightning Collection so much but I really can't afford to do so. However, my editor ended up sending me Leo, Red Galaxy ranger, and I have the magna defender. Guess I have to get Kai too and at least complete that team 😆
I don't know that "lucky" is the word. As the last few vlogs documented, we drove all over PA, wasting four days and a tank of gas going to a ton of stores. My local Target did not have them. We did a ton of driving to get these, and they seem to be pretty easy to find all over the country. I'd say this was needlessly difficult, and considering how poorly that video did, it was an epic waste of time, should have waited for the pre-orders to arrive.
@@DividedAsOne you could have waited for the preorder. But you look so desperate to look for them. And I bet everyone is desperate to look for them as well. Question. You think it will work for me if I gave them the DPCI number to my local target store?
@@Richie20062007 I can't tell if it's clear or not... but, we run a Power Ranger toy channel. Even with all of the stuff that's happened in recent years, we're still the world's largest Power Ranger toy channel. It's literally my job to find the toys in a timely manner. That's more true today than ever. Today, fans are living way out in the future. They like stock images, and the day toys come out, they moved on to the next thing that's not out yet, and the new thing is old news. So, if I waited until August, for a release available in early May, then that is prehistoric news. I got my set within five days of the first images having been posted, and by that time, so many people already posted their video that half a million of our subscribers didn't bother to check out our video. Well, that's how we fund the channel. If people don't watch our videos, then we can't make them. DPCI numbers aren't unique to certain stores. They work everywhere. You'll need to try to find out. I have no way of knowing what your store will have. Will the numbers work? Absolutely. Will the figures be in your store? I have no idea. The options are: Yes, no, or they were there already and sold out. But the numbers I provide are the ones a Target employee uses to find them in the back if they're not on shelves (assuming the store has them in the back).
I could use better smiling... they're in Targets all across the country. I had to waste four work days going to every Target in reasonable driving distance until I finally found them. I'm able to check stores with the DPCI. Every store we went to said they had them, then we got to the store and nobody could find them. Every store checked for me, saw they were in stock, but they were nowhere to be found in the store (or in the back). That was a long and expensive smiling! And then we post the video and nobody clicks on it, so, I would have been better off waiting for my pre-orders to come in. The video hasn't even paid for the gas of one day of searching. Not a happy Bruno with how most of this went. Happy to have the wave, but I don't need things early if it's not for the channel. I can wait.
@@DividedAsOne walmart has the same issues, the problem with them is as of late they lose the boxes in the back. The other problem is they get so much in and barely anyone to stock so stuff will sit in back. That is why the shelves are so bare at walmart.
It's usually a risk to the person putting it out before street date. Honestly it's directed more towards video games trading cards etc. But with this whole toy flipping pandemic rising corporate has been on certain stores doesn't help that hasbro sent like one zeo green per case last wave. Sooo yeah
From a fan of Kit-Kats, my advice is don't buy the raspberry creme ones. They're not that good. The lemon ones that come out later in the year are better. The dark chocolate/mint regular sized ones are fantastic!
@@DividedAsOne role play is one in the power chamber is one thing, but no, no wouldn't go directly to "awe father out buying toys for his daughter" lol I once had someone thing me and my mother were a couple >_> I'm from the south, I get it, but really...
@@idgamingfederation202 hahaha On MMPRtoys, Mia's either my sister, or my daughter. A smaller handful of people thought she was mom. I'm trying to imagine watching us interact and thinking we're related.

Hey, Bruno! Are you collecting any of the Masters of the Universe Origins figures? Ugh, I’m having a helluva time trying to find Battle Armor He-Man. Those DC Multiverse figures are AMAZING! I’m hoping my Amazon order for Wave 9 comes soon.
I can't see the future, but the very last vlog had one. They seem to pop up every so often. As far as anything more instructional, that would be a patreon thing.
I work for Target if it says 2 on the floor there is 2 on the shelf hopefully and if it says on hand then its somewhere in the store it was either returned or lost in our backroom. If it says on hand it is in God's hands now if you can find to be honest.
As long as they eventually show up, right? Don't you guys have some stores that do stock them? Eventually, at least? If I didn't run MMPRtoys I would have been happy to just wait until Amazon ships my order. I just didn't want to be dead last, again, which seems to be the case these days. So, did a bit of toy hunting this time.
I found wave 9 at my Target today. I only could afford three so I passed on Kai today but I'll get him another time. I did get the Tanga, Carlos, and Bridge figure today though.
I'd say getting the Tenga was smart. That'll probably be the hardest to find (and the only of the three where the pre-order is sold out, and at a lot of places). All of the others you can easily order online (but won't be shipping just yet).
@@DividedAsOne I figured the Tenga would be the hardest to find down the road because he's a army building figure. Plus he's the coolest looking figure in a already strong wave.
@@jamesbounds Exactly. I don't think I've ever seen a putty in a store. Those go fast! And yeah, Tenga's an awesome looking figure, they really did a nice job on that.
I wonder if Target is going to give action figures the same treatment as pokemon cards. I'm guessing they'll start restricting those in some form too. It sounded like getting stuff from the back is starting to be frowned upon.
Putting toys(or anything really) out before the date of release is something you are never supposed to do. Its more about the store managers not caring that is the reason some stores do indeed break with policy and just let you have it.
@@MMPRtoys The Release date on the Target website was July 1 the last time I looked. And on the site, you can only pre order. As for them being available in store before that date, could be Target simply not caring about Hasbro's release date, or simply a lot of Store Managers/Operations Managers/Toy Department Supervisors simply not following policy, but there is definitely a release date on these toys. I have been in retail almost 10 years now, Spent 8 of that in Operations as the Operations Sup, specifically as the person responsible for unloading Trucks. The other 2 I have Spent as a Hardlines sup, so Toys/Collectibles were one of the Departments I was over. In both capacities, I have been instructed by Corporate to not put certain items on the floor before those dates, sometimes we get a "Product Directive" 2 weeks before we receive the product detailing all of this. Based on the Target employee saying what he said and acting the way he did, im guessing the same of Target and his manager just let it slide. There also my be a scalpers policy in place as well, there was a video on suggested videos page not to long ago of a guy who was angry because Target wouldnt sell him multiples of the same Lightning Collection Figure.
@@DerrickSylvesterJamesJr I don't think 7/1 ever changed online. I don't know how that relates to stores though. No store said they were street dated. When they are, every store is happy to say they can't possibly sell them until it's time. Nobody in the whole country got the street date thing from Target. I have to believe that's not the case this time. I'm not new to this. MMPRtoys may be 14 years old, but I've been a serious collector since the 80s. Either they weren't street dated, or Target in general changed their policy for every store.
@@MMPRtoys Im not denying your experience, LOL. I 100% believe you on getting these things early and never getting any push back. Just saying as someone who has supervised a toy department with collectables, and been an Operations manager(responsible for unloading trucks and holding merchandise from the floor because of release dates) for 10 years, Its possible other parts of the store/company may not follow protocol. I have had my own store manager and even district manager tell me to sell something to a customer just because they asked, even though it has a release date. I have come in after a weekend off, and a lower level associate given out the entire stock of an item that was supposed to be held. Mistakes happen, and companies give discretion to managers. I hope you didnt take offense to me saying this. I just wanted to explain why the Target associate seemed a little stand off-ish, him repeating that "it wasnt up to him" and even calling his manager in the first place, makes it pretty clear to me that there was/is a release date. If there wasnt, he would have just walked to the back and gotten them for you no problem.
It has happened to me many times that I lose a suggested video if I refresh the page or close the window (both by accident) and it doesn't show up again and I have to go to the channel to watch the video.
Wow someone might've been holding them in the back for themselves, you got lucky that the supervisor didn't answer and the kid gave them to you. I hear target has no limit for employee purchases.
I can't comment on that, other than something was funny with that. I've never had somebody ask me not to buy them all, just the ones I *really* want, and leave some for others, while also admitting it's not at all up to them. We're talking about four (unique) figures here... super weird. As MMPRtoys, you can imagine how many times in the past 14 years I've had people get things out of the back for me. (Really, starting in the 1980s with TMNT...) So, in 30+ years, this was my first time hearing they weren't allowed to get things in the back. I couldn't even try guessing how many times in my life I've asked someone to look in the back. I'll bet more than I even realize.
I think as long as they’re making money they should sell them. But a target employee told me a few days ago that their store WOULD NOT stock until release date. Maybe that’s the company line idk

As MMPRtoys, you can imagine how often I've done this in the past 14 years. This was the first time ever that anyone said "it's not up to me, but don't buy all of them." That's most certainly a first.
i like to see wave 10,11,12,13,14,15 to Bruno of power rangers toys.
Nice bruv glad you could see your getting good luxk
I subscribe!!! No pecking!!!
Happy Birthday Jerry
Thanks!
I love Jerry so much.
I love your power rangers vlog
Bruno no we already lost Mis to the Drex too don’t fall deeper into the drex nice hall btw
Damn, that soundtrack is perfect
Wave 9 is all bangers 🔥🙌👌
The S.P.D rangers look great together i want it as my wallpaper
Can't wait for yellow!
Why did no one ever make Sentai Gummy Bears? The colors are all there, even for Kyuranger.
We got Adventures of Gummi Bears though.
now I want to collect the Lightning Collection so much but I really can't afford to do so. However, my editor ended up sending me Leo, Red Galaxy ranger, and I have the magna defender. Guess I have to get Kai too and at least complete that team 😆
Nice
It's beautiful place bro
I go to Job Lot all the time during Christmas in 2019 they had the Power Rangers movie toys mostly red but it was still cool to see them there
That's a good place!
Those Albanese gummy bears are amazing
Yeah, I approve!
Your lucky to find lightning collection at your local target store
"Buy the ones you want. Which ones do you want?" "...All of them..." 😂
Like, did he think I wanted a team to be incomplete? Or not have anyone for the rangers to fight...?
@@DividedAsOne Amateur hour😆
the lighting gods have smiled upon you you got wave 9 early
I can wait.
@@DividedAsOne i'll just say i watched the video i watch everything
@@DividedAsOne walmart has the same issues, the problem with them is as of late they lose the boxes in the back. The other problem is they get so much in and barely anyone to stock so stuff will sit in back. That is why the shelves are so bare at walmart.
I love the vlogs
It's usually a risk to the person putting it out before street date.
Honestly it's directed more towards video games trading cards etc. But with this whole toy flipping pandemic rising corporate has been on certain stores doesn't help that hasbro sent like one zeo green per case last wave. Sooo yeah
From a fan of Kit-Kats, my advice is don't buy the raspberry creme ones. They're not that good. The lemon ones that come out later in the year are better. The dark chocolate/mint regular sized ones are fantastic!
I did buy them (in this video) and they might be one of the greatest candies ever made. You didn't like them?
@@DividedAsOne Nah, but I'm happy ya'll are enjoying them :)
so glad that Mia didn't call Bruno "Daddy" I don't think I need that fueling my dreams... o7 Keep up the great work you two.
Well, at least you didn't think I WAS her dad. We used to get that all the time on the other channel.
@@DividedAsOne role play is one in the power chamber is one thing, but no, no wouldn't go directly to "awe father out buying toys for his daughter" lol I once had someone thing me and my mother were a couple >_> I'm from the south, I get it, but really...
@@idgamingfederation202 hahaha
On MMPRtoys, Mia's either my sister, or my daughter. A smaller handful of people thought she was mom. I'm trying to imagine watching us interact and thinking we're related.
@@DividedAsOne it could go either way "aww wish my kind go along like that" or "So THAT's how it is in their family" ala Principle Ed Rooney from Ferris Bueller's Day Off. either way Bruno, contracts on the Graduation anniversary it has been a delight and pleasure watching you+Mia+Jerry's journey over the years.
@@DividedAsOne Maybe just maybe if those people would watch this channel also, they just might learn a thing or two about you, Mia and, Jerry.
Hey, Bruno! Are you collecting any of the Masters of the Universe Origins figures? Ugh, I’m having a helluva time trying to find Battle Armor He-Man. Those DC Multiverse figures are AMAZING! I’m hoping my Amazon order for Wave 9 comes soon.
Will you be doing more set design videos?
I can't see the future, but the very last vlog had one. They seem to pop up every so often. As far as anything more instructional, that would be a patreon thing.
You did nothing wrong buying those figures. It’s ironic Target confronted you on buying them when most of the Neca TMNT gets picked up by scalpers.
It wasn’t for that one guy, we probably wouldn’t of had the lightning collection wave 8 MMPR toys video.
I can’t keep track of the lightning collection waves, so that’s why I wasn’t sure whether it was wave eight or wave nine.
I work for Target if it says 2 on the floor there is 2 on the shelf hopefully and if it says on hand then its somewhere in the store it was either returned or lost in our backroom. If it says on hand it is in God's hands now if you can find to be honest.
Bruno I used to have one of those erasers
It's NEVER time for Simpsons! 🤣😉
Booooooooooo
@@Jibberuski Just one of those things that never hooked me. Kinda like you and Power Rangers, Jerry!
@@y2josh319 That's fair, but doesn't mean it's not time for The Simpsons when The Simpsons is on.
No wave 9 for us for maybe 2 months in the UK :( but they do look so good.
@@DividedAsOne they will show up I guess July 1st heck wave 7 is still delayed lol
@@DividedAsOne I never seen the z putty either. Last years waves were so hard to find in stores.
Really quick question! What's the name of the intro song??? Also Mia the best gummy bears brand I've had are the Black Forest.
My opinion, is Gordon food service has the best bulk gummi bears.
What do you mean the last toy hunt like on the channel? Loved the vid btw
I wonder if Target is going to give action figures the same treatment as pokemon cards. I'm guessing they'll start restricting those in some form too. It sounded like getting stuff from the back is starting to be frowned upon.
Why is Amazon so behind on getting Lightning Collection figures?
Nia, I think Bruno needs to talk with you about your dreck cereal obsession. Does anyone else agree with me?
Putting toys(or anything really) out before the date of release is something you are never supposed to do. Its more about the store managers not caring that is the reason some stores do indeed break with policy and just let you have it.
They NEVER let me have street dated toys. These however were not street dated. They're available all over the country.
I have a summer job so I just don’t have the time. Might pick Bridge up later but none of the other figures interest me
It has happened to me many times that I lose a suggested video if I refresh the page or close the window (both by accident) and it doesn't show up again and I have to go to the channel to watch the video.
This was inevitable but..
Nice.
man how long do i watch your both cannels now ? when did Samurai airred dang i´am old
Wow someone might've been holding them in the back for themselves, you got lucky that the supervisor didn't answer and the kid gave them to you.
Happy birthday #TeamJerry
Thanks
@@Jibberuski 🎉🎊🎈🎁🎂
Will it help if I watch the other channels videos twice? 😅
I think as long as they’re making money they should sell them. But a target employee told me a few days ago that their store WOULD NOT stock until release date. Maybe that’s the company line idk
It's really weird how different stores say different things, and even different people in the same store say different things.
@@DividedAsOne what’s funny is I never find one working in toys to ask.
