Stephen Curtis Chapman opened my eyes to the Lord with "Great Adventure" video and he is such an inspiration for those of us who love the Lord! This is another great song speaking about how God has our back if only we will listen and accept him.
A couple days ago my wife and I celebrated 21 years of marriage. This was our wedding song. The depth of lyrics are difficult to grasp in your 20’s, but in your 40’s the fullness of its meaning becomes much more clear. Today was one of those days. I was supposed to take my wife out for our anniversary, until I cut myself on the table saw. We ended up spending the better part of the afternoon at a clinic, and then the pharmacy. She was more worried about my injury then I was, and she never got upset over the ruined evening. I am truly blessed to have her as my wife.
Last year my wife lost her father, every time she listens to Steven Curtis Chapmans song “Cinderella” she ends up in tears. If you haven’t played that song yet, I highly recommend it!
