Magearna uses a QR code that doesnt expire. In theory, you could do it by getting the event "Not for resale" carts from the internet to get distributions, but not until Ultra Sun and Moon Marshadow QR code is released

For me it was pokemon black... all shinys, infinite health, infinite pp, etc, I had to reset it, probably have the record for most beat up (and still functional although barely) ds lite... the screen has a red tint, chipped on the hinge, won't stay open with the click, only works for a few minutes at best, etc... oh and it's really scratched up, I've had it for years...

my favorite 1 on the list is the one where that guy won using a pokemon team that included a pacherisu.
At the moment, I currently have 4 - 5 world records in pokemon. First shiny silicobra, first ever shiny sandaconda, first ever shiny hidden ability in Sword and shield, First ever shiny secret ability sandaconda, and first ever shiny hidden ability silicobra. This all happened at full odds on day 3 of release as well, so it was honestly pretty crazy.
I can complete pokemon fire red in 49 hours including eating sleeping etc.

Googling would have been your best option, but in case you come back here, here is some info. You need HM Strength and HM Rock Smash. You get Strength from Fuchsia City, but Rock Smash escapes me... But mostly strength, you should be fine.
