That was SO sad......Joy did her best to hold it together as her game started crumbling after the second break, and then then just completely broke down as Noel closed the show.....I really hope her housing problem did eventually get rectified
This was very uncomfortable to watch tbh perhaps one of the most uncomfortable endings to a game in 11 years of Deal because Joy came on Deal to try and get enough money to keep a roof over her head, pay her mortgage off and avoid being evicted from her home. Edmondo mentioned at the top of the following game that Joy admitted when the camera's stopped rolling 10k would've done the trick and she got offered that at 8 box once she turned it down it the game unravelled and it was clear that Joy was very very upset at the end of it very uncomfortable stuff. But one hilarious thing Sarah who played 2 days after went to the car park of where Deal was filmed with Joy and swore expletives at the top of their voices.
she's 1 of the players who started became inactive on Deal or No Deal UK since Ferno's game, where she's replaced by Ruth, due to illness, then she returned in Debbie's game, replacing Reg.........
