Excellent. I was listening to Rupert Sheldrake talk about gravity as a willful expression of love. A talk between Tod and Rupert would be very interesting, too. Thanks both.

Once, during my morning coffee, I was gazing the field of grass. All the suddenly it reveals itself as a field of smallest particles of light, each blade vibrating in a very individual way, yet the whole field was a singular, perfect intelligent organism, without compromising the uniqueness of each blade…How wonderful Life truly IS!!

Thank you for this gentlemen. This steps up and fleshes out Ken Wilber's Atman project and Up From Eden ( read in my 20's - 56 now) into a more comprehensive jigsawing of the inflections of our universe today in 2024. Absolutely marvelous to hear and understand this Wonder Full, still historically resonating conceptual unification of the great thinkers. Thank you so very much Tod from fellow Gonzaga Jesuit. Certainly can hang my hat on this for a decade or two stil! Grateful.Going straight forward for another listen! Marvelous.

excellent! thank you! i think we should distinguish materialism from physicalism. only the latter is limited to newton. the former can take in quantum etc., as all materialist modern physicists do...
for me, this "materialism" ultimately stretches to equate with exterior or object-oriented perspective, hence materialism becomes objectivism.. this is the opposite to idealism, which is subject-oriented.
then, applying the full circle, from the inside-out, the psyche gives us idealism, and outside-in, materialism gives us the black hole centrepoint, these as two singularities, or perspectives on singularity points...
if i understand, this can stand irrelevant of string theory? that is a further move, and there could be other options?

The relationship between Atman and Brahman in the vedantic philosophy will provide an insight into the problem of the singularity being visible as a black hole as well as the singularity representing the totality.

The way I like to think of it is that the multiverse is information content at all the different dimensions, ever existant, taken as a whole, will include contemporaneous and sequential universes all connected by singularities and horizons whose boundaries act as clutches or gearboxes for information.
And various typologies of life can exist in each universe type or dimensional ensemble.
Some spaces or cycles may run their course without any life form to witness them at the kind level we do here. With only some overarching dimensional forms of consciousness witnessing entire cycles instantly as is the nature of their existence. Yet they would be there always connected in some way to everything when you collapse everything down to one point.

Also some interesting overlap between neuroscience, consciousness and Black Holes. Examples include the work of Uziel Awret, Dirk Meijer and Vaitheeswaran Ranganathan. Susskind himself is now looking at the relationship between quantum computational networks and the volume of space-time behind the Event Horizon.

Information is not lost as you pass through a black hole if everything in the universe is a recording on the spiritual level.

On one hand I chafe against the idea of infinite density "black holes" . It really doesn't make sense especially taking something of finite density and turning in to infinite. Some physicists hypothesize "black holes" are another way of breaking down super dense heavy metal cores back in to base element hydrogen and that makes more sense. 100% recycled "material" ready to start a new cycle.
Having said that, if you have *really* sat down and thought about what infinite means it gets to a point where it ceases to really mean anything (for me anyway). It almost gives me an as lonely feeling as thinking about what it means if we were simply chemical computers that switch off at eol. What does it mean to be a finite being or consciousness that is part of an infinite soup of infinite possibilities that includes points of infinite density?
What if there really is reincarnation (i believe there is) and it took you 100 trillion lifetimes to reach some kind of ascension (or whatever it should be called). Long time right? But its a mere planck length of time compared to infinite. We "enlightened" humans always view ourselves as *hopefully* moving forward and improving. Can one improve infinitely? If not, once one has reached the top.. Then what? What does it mean to say "then what" in something infinite?

Propagation rate of the ether is light-speed (space-time/standing waves) created by forces of consciousness. Dielectric loses inertia (ether) creating magnetic field (space), back to counterspace/ether. Black hole is a big magnet with a strong dialectic field overtaking the magnetic field/space-time, and the galaxy is its plane of inertia. Suns are the white holes. There are no particles, just ether perturbations and multidimensional energy (geometric light/data). EM field patterns. Gotta get past "virtual particle" and "dark matter" bandaids.
