For the women who are upset because she already looks great (especially after 3 kids), just remember that she had her BBL (which she does not mention in this video) before having kids too, not just a nose job. These postpartum results have never been real or achievable, not even for her. So please don’t make yourself feel bad because you don’t look this way after kids (or even before kids lol). This really is just a matter of having enough money to get good quality (& safe) surgery.
I’ve wondered & asked if she had work done since I started watching her channel years ago but I would not ever get an answer from her or anyone of her older subscribers. Her body is gorgeous. I’d love to have it but even if I had the money I’d be scared to do it.

I’ve been a supporter for a long time but it’s crazy how so many influencers are trying to chase perfection. So many risks with surgery especially if it’s for appearance purposes and not medically needed. I honestly thought after her surgery got postponed AFTER jackyoh’s passing she would have reconsidered this mommy makeover ☹️ it’s just so crazy that influencers willingly put themselves through this.
I have 0 issue with plastic surgery and would never judge anyone for getting it but it’s so sad that society has made us so self conscious about so many things that we find the need to fix them. At the end of the day plastic surgery is never 100% bc you want it but bc society has made us want it. Like to extent yeah people get plastic surgery bc they want to feel better about themselves and I’m not saying it doesn’t do that, but when one really thinks about why is it that a new nose or a BBL or whatever it is is needed to make us feel better it’s because our society has normalized having a big butt or a small nose as beautiful and made us believe that the want for plastic surgery is 100% our choice even tho that’s impossible
I always try to think about it this way. if one day my 4 year old daughter came up to me saying she hates her body my first thought would be to make sure she knows she’s beautiful the way she is not that she should get a BBL one day. IM NOT saying that’s not what you would or wouldn’t do I just think it’s complicated because we wanna tell our girls that the way they are is beautiful and that they shouldn’t care what the world thinks is beautiful when we are doing the complete opposite

She got a BBL and lipo already prior to Kavon. This isn’t her first time. She mentioned this in Dani’s TH-cam video. She’s probably not as nervous this time around! Girl I’m a long time supporter and love you but it’s hard to watch you normalize this behavior. Surgery after surgery when will it stop? You are a mother of three now, you have to stop thinking selfishly. These are DANGEROUS high risk surgeries you are WILLINGLY doing because society has you thinking you don’t look good. That’s so scary. Having brand new beautiful babies, an amazing family, a great life, an already beautiful body/ face… and still risk it all for surgery after many women passing away 😬😖 definitely scary. We take so much for granted 🙏🏼
Yea , I agree she acts like perfect family, husband, parents,siblings and her parents should have said something but her mom also wants something done. She cares more about her looks and making her husband happy then her kids and risking her life but to each their own

Wait didn't naz lie and say she never had a bbl before and that is was genetics... so the doctor confirmed that she had a bbl before with fat transfer..
I have nothing against surgery, but I would never get it myself cause if I have a daughter(s) one day I don’t want them to wonder why they don’t look like mommy or why my body is different from theirs. I want them to feel beautiful, look beautiful in their own skin.
I just wish influencers/bloggers could influence people to accept their bodies and what surgeries are really not safe. Nazanin struggled as a teenager with body image which was due to the models and celebrities on on social media ( who were fake) now when she had the chance and money to do so she’s seeking the perfect body that no one has and is after surgeries making younger girls have a hard time accepting their bodies. Its a cycle.

Not even trying to be a hater, but i think ppl are just confused because we don’t see what you see. Your body post twins looked amazing so it just comes off as unnecessary. Especially because you had this done with 3 kids and you weren’t even a year post partum. Of course do what you want but yeah. I get you understood the “risks” but knowing you could d*e from an unnecessary procedure and leave your kids motherless and deciding to still go through with it to “look good” just boggles my (and looking at these comments a lot of other people’s) mind.

I dont have a problem w her getting surgery. Its sad bc i feel the pressure that comes with job she has, makes her feel all these procedures as necessary. Where she feels she needs to be perfect. Look at what happened to jacky o after trying to go through a mommy makeover. These are major surgeries and its so weird that social media has normalized and glorified plastic surgery. Child bearing is beautiful but it can really take your confidence. I’m a 34b and after giving birth and breastfeeding my boob completely deflated and that really messed me up. I’m in my 20s guys so u know if I could afford surgery I would be in an office somewhere so good for u Naz

I am about to have my first child and although I don’t plan on getting any procedures done until after I have all my babies, videos like this make me feel more comfortable to look into different procedures. I know this is scary but have you considered with what possibility could wrong? Have you through about the idea of your husband taking care of 3 kids without you? I know this is scary and I do not want you to be scared but this is surgery like you said come with risk. For instance in my country, you are not even allowed to do this much done in 1 setting. I know he wants to make you happy by doing so, and he wants his advertisement. But rethink your decision. There is no way back. 😢. A lot what you want can be done with the money you have without the surgery except for the boob lift. But the rest seems scary I don’t know. If you do it at least do it in sessions not all in 1. She’s so brave. I’m glad I came across this video because I was curious about the process and results of a Mommy Make Over. I’m just too lazy to workout, diet, and exercise. I was hoping the surgery would motivate me to eat better and workout more. But after watching this I’m just gonna skip the surgery and start exercising. The Doctor was so nice and wonderful at making her feel comfortable but I feel like this is way too invasive for my comfort. Too many appointments, responsibilities, and regulations. I have anxiety just watching this. But thank you for motivating me to put the work in.

Honestly i love this epoisode because you are being more open and transparent not like the bbl surgery. It is very informative and reassuring also for the young generation as perfection does not exist and you don't have to compare your body being clear also help with informing everybody that if you have an issue you can work on it but just be safe. I know this is scary but have you considered with what possibility could wrong? Have you through about the idea of your husband taking care of 3 kids without you? I know this is scary and I do not want you to be scared but this is surgery like you said come with risk. For instance in my country, you are not even allowed to do this much done in 1 setting. I know he wants to make you happy by doing so, and he wants his advertisement. But rethink your decision. There is no way back. 😢. A lot what you want can be done with the money you have without the surgery except for the boob lift. But the rest seems scary I don’t know. If you do it at least do it in sessions not all in 1. She’s so brave. I’m glad I came across this video because I was curious about the process and results of a Mommy Make Over. I’m just too lazy to workout, diet, and exercise. I was hoping the surgery would motivate me to eat better and workout more. But after watching this I’m just gonna skip the surgery and start exercising. The Doctor was so nice and wonderful at making her feel comfortable but I feel like this is way too invasive for my comfort. Too many appointments, responsibilities, and regulations. I have anxiety just watching this. But thank you for motivating me to put the work in.

Honestly i love this epoisode because you are being more open and transparent not like the bbl surgery. It is very informative and reassuring also for the young generation as perfection does not exist and you don't have to compare your body being clear also help with informing everybody that if you have an issue you can work on it but just be safe.
