while you were in the bentonville/Fayetteville area of Arkansas you should have checked out Crystal Bridges Museum…nice place. My son lives there and works at Walmart Home Office and loves going there….also there is a rock climbing gym in Bentonville…so maybe that would be a safe place to start rock climbing ….wish I was there…so i could visit my son. I live over 12 hours away…so visiting is hard
Fun road trip! Oklahoma is a beautiful state! At the risk of being too nosey (I don't mean this as a judgement - just curious!) Do you ever wish you had a window in the sliding door? I guess you probably keep your door open a lot but just seems like opening the door with the sudden glare of outside is a shock 😂 Another question is, are you going to eventually make a private toilet room/area so you don't have to turn the whole van into one? That would be a big negative for me and my husband. I mean, I know everyone does what they are most comfortable with but it seems awkward when you have to kick everyone out😳 Safe travels!

The desert may not have the green, but spring in the desert is awesome. Then, (if in the Phoenix/Mesa area) you can drive 1 1/2 hr and be in the mountains. I’m from Arizona but live in Louisiana now (which I absolutely hate). Lol. Did you ever say which state park you were at…it looks really nice
You should’ve had a cherry limeade at Braums. That’s the best! And their shakes are really good! But my favorite, is the cherry limeade. I’m an Okie, and I miss Braums and WhatABurger!!

When I was a machinist I learned that heat travels very fast thru aluminum. Faster than other metals. That also means that it lets go of heat very fast too. But I'm surprised you can pick it up straight out of a fire

That was Natural Falls State Park in eastern Oklahoma! Depending on your route we REALLY enjoyed all the National Parks in southern Utah! They all had some amazing free camping that was probably some of the best we stayed at. (Zion was our favorite) 😊
The burger/ ice cream/ food store was allowed to stay open during Covid because they sold groceries. It saved them from having to close and maybe go out of business my cousin told me who lives on Oklahoma.. The national parks are great and inexpensive if you get an America the Beautiful pass. It's worth the cost.
Here in OK, we call it soda, pop or most frequently “a coke” even when f you want Dr. pepper. At Brauns, a soda is an ice cream drink made with ice cream, soda water and a topping mixed in, like chocolate, strawberry or hot fudge.
I love the amount of water in Arkansas. Spring will bring out all the green leaves in the trees.....and dogwoods will bloom.....it'll be GORGEOUS soon.
Wish we knew you guys where so close . Braums is some of the best in Ok. Maybe next time we'll buy you guys a pop . We live in Tulsa by the way . Love camping . Still tent camp . Heading west in June .
I'm sure you know, but at least get a cheap major medical policy. Usually very inexpensive per month. They have larger deductibles..usually 5 or 10K. But better than a 900K hospital bill. Love your videos! :)
Fun video! 😍 Arkansas has some great exploration options too! We spent a Summer working in numerous National Parks/Monuments there and really enjoyed it. We're from Montana and are used to the "lack of people". 😂

Maybe it would be nice to know why simple foods and tin foil are so foreign to you. Cooking and food is a just great part of life. I'd dive in if I was you.
They're not super exciting but another area treat food wise is a taco place called Taco Johns. I think it's better than the bell. They're mostly in the midwest. It's a place that I enjoy but I grew up with it and its more of that than it being authentic or super special. Braums is good regional food too.

I think it might be time to get health insurance.
Go to an indoor rock climbing gym. It will give you a feel for climbing and a chance to learn the gear. Then tackle climbing outdoors. Both are fun!

We have a lot of water falls up in northern and north east MN by Duluth. With all the snow this will be a great spring to see the falls
the blue rocks in Delaware! its a short climb but the rocks are pretty regional so its cool to see.

Travel east of Fort Smith Arkansas and stay at Mt. Nebo. Beautiful area and some great hiking
Yes Mt Nebo, Petit Jean, Mt Magazine and Mountain View has trails to water fall and tours of Cave nearby all in Arkansas!

Braum’s Ice Cream is Delicious!!! Oklahoma has less and less free camping but they let you stay one night free at some casinos in Oklahoma

When Walmart wont let you stay overnight…its usual the city or the municipality that wont allow it. Walmart itself is usually very welcoming
