Yes, I used to isolate him in a container due to he kept chasing my cichlids, but not anymore now because my cichlids got bigger lol...

Yes, pretty much. He's from my planted tank. Tried to separate him a few times as he really aggressive to my cichlids, but not anymore because my cichlids are growing big now lol...

Thank you! Most of these fish are peacock cichlids I got from Petsmart and a couple yellow cichlid Mbuna from Petco. Couple of neon peacock cichlids got from a local guy who breed these cichlids in his home.. A couple OB, sunshine and the bi-color which is rare and I ordered it online from Cichlidsarespecial.com.

It's not, he got destroyed when my cichlids grow bigger. Currently only a golden bristlenose pleco, a rainbow shark and a catfish could survive. The black pleco got destroyed too.

Depends how big they are. I ended up having 35 fish and move to 75 gallon tank. Make sure put extra filter if you have more fish.

I see Mbuna and nonmbuna. That’s not a perfect match. Both need complete different food and please reduce the light and add more stones. Thanks 🙏🏻

Thanks for recommendation, my mbunas are getting along with my peacocks and haps. The food I feed are Ron's cichlid food, don't know if you heard about this food. I also, have MegaOne veggie pellets I sometimes feed them. They're all in my 75g now and got new light too. I sold one female yellow lap, now I only have 3 mbunas. I might sell them later too as they're not that pretty like my peacocks and haps.

You can mix the types just fine. They all look healthy and thats all that matters. Nice tank.

@@chrisbraiske3162 may they look fine, but they won’t be. Mbuna and nonmbuna need completely different tanks and nutrition.
