I agree Bearded Dragons are amazing pets . My only regret is me not getting them sooner . My 2 Bearded Dragons woke up from brumation about a week and a half ago . They were in since November. Ozzy is eating fine but Nikki isn't eating much. Going to try horn worms hopefully that breaks her strike . Thank You for sharing these
Not anymore. Mine are super tamed and trained. It means that they're afraid of they do that. They flatten out to hide or blend into their surroundings. Just have to work with them so they're not afraid.
I just got a beardie for Christmas. Named him El Chapo cuz his lil ass thinks he's a gangster... lol So I live in Western NY and we're having an exceptionally warm February. I'm finding the days I have a window open on the 50+ ° days he is putting himself to sleep mad early. I've watched SO many videos on brumation, and every one says something different. Like...do they not eat for that whole time they're in it? How do I take care of him if he does. And how do you keep them from going into it? I have so many questions. Would love to chat 1 on 1 with you... HALP!!!
When young most don't go until brumation. I don't let young dragons go down for brumation. Around 2 years old I let them go down and bother them at all during their brumation period. Especially when they're fully sleep and deep in that sleep. If I see them get up, I'll feed and give water.
Beautiful dragons

How do you get your beardies so calm outside , my beardies gets mad and wen I pick him up he’ll calm down
Time, consistency, and shoulder training first. Once they know you are their provider and protector they will be comfortable outside with you.
I have a lot of old videos discussing this. Scroll down to my older videos about taming, training, free roam, dragon whisperer videos
Does your beardies ever flatten out on you when you reach in to get them? If so what this mean and how do you get them if so?
