Yes you are very very close to moving in. You all ve gone thro so much buolding this house moving into RV,renting houses etc when its all done n you ve moved in all these are hping to ve yr forever memories. Some very frustrating but it has been a big challenge from the start. So well done to each n everyone of you for get thro tgese 2 yrs of challenge.
The kids ve certainly grown. Lincoln Ethan are no longer little boys. Liam ve grown so tall. These 3 younger ones ve shoot up so much.
Glad Amanda n Lincoln are feeling better. Lincoln certsinly vr grown quieter but his smiles are back.

My house Reno took 4 years! Pandemic, permit delays, firing the original contractors, delay in supplies etc. you guys are so close. It will be worth it!!!!!

Getting to the finish line, things are moving right along. I'm glad Lincoln is feeling better. Amanda, I L❤VE the barstools, I think mixing materials give your space great aesthetic!✌🏾
Oh gosh, right before the pandemic, we did a home reno, and my nerves were so bad in the middle of it because there were delays and extra costs, and dust was everywhere, and we were in the living room eating sandwiches because the electricity had to be turned off, so we ended up just leaving after yet another delay. Like you really have to have grit and determination to get through these things because a lot of construction based things are totally out of your control and people think you can throw money at it and things will move faster, but the workers just shrug and tell you, another 4 months, k. Ahh, well, here you guys are, home stretch (quite literally)...and here is to hoping you move in next week because for you guys its been a JOURNEY!
Oh and build a nice size laundry line while you are at the process of waiting for the house to get done, and look into a good sandy spot for chickens ( they love sandy spots as well as the lush spots where the grass grows well.- I used to have Wyandotte chickens( they are predominantly black and white not that big, but they lay mostly in the winter. But if you build a coop, make sure it is weasel and fox proof, and give them a lot of running space. You would be amazed at what weasels and martens can get through- martens are worse than weasels- they don’t take the chickens they just ransack your coop and kill them all and leave them.

Looks great! Amanda, you mentioned planting bushes and flowers. If I were you, I'd wait as far as planting bushes etc. Living there and waiting for things to slow down might give you the chance to just focus on moving in and getting the grass established. Less is more until you really know what you want. Big pots with flowers would be fun and give you color but not all the work that comes with getting things established. Just take it easy and enjoy the next few months!❤

Omg this video reminds me of the House My parents Build in 1988/1989 we started before the Fall of the wall in east germany and your building „problems“ I can feel that…it was hard to have all materials on time but after like a good year ready and happy with some things to do but moved in our new family home…I hope you all feel that great happiness ❤too.
And gardening is no rocket sience…I started during the pandemic and vegetables herbs salads…some are soo easy…no fear…trial and error…strawberries some are so easy growing and heat resistent…I was afraid and after starting…I is good and I grow 12 month year in and outdoor herbs salads and tomatoes…its a great stress reliever for me
Many amazon furniture products come with a screwdriver it seems now.. not always great quality tools but they get the job done
That home and property looks like the perfect place to raise a family. It's beautiful. I can't wait to see you all in it. I know your so ready. Hang in there just a little longer. God bless

Sorry you guys have had so much trouble with this house. Once you're in it tho..the hard work and patience you've put in will make you appreciate being there so much more. Seems to work that way usually. So I can only pray that's how it goes for y'all. And also praying there's no more setbacks and you're in there in no time!
