I have this bender and its great for large diameter pipe on large radius. When using on small pipe and small CLR its really hard to get the pipe at the start of the die, I'm starting at around 22 degrees. Is that right or am I doing something wring?
I don't know what hydraulic pump unit is being used, but it's amazingly quiet! Does the pump, hose, and control fob all come with this bender (as a complete package)? Nice bends! => Smooth and tight - with no compression/squeeze marks!
I bought his bender and have yet to figure out from any of the instruction how the heck to determine where the actual bend starts, the tube is inserted at an angle so you cant use the edge of the die to locate your bend, it seems arbitrary starting location, I hate to say it but keeping my pro tools 105, not as strong but heck I can at least start a bend where I want it to start.
This machine is great but would be better with an adjustable recessed angle guage, that way u could reset to zero degree before bending so u don't have to work out so much to get correct angle ;) ... Just a thought
Surprised @JD Squared INC let this video out. Why isn't there an adjustable degree wheel? The guy who was doing the demo vid just screwed this up. Seriously?
I think you just exposed the problem with your benders degree wheel. People are going to mess up bends. 103 degrees = 90 degrees? give me a break. For God sakes you even messed up in your sales video. Thats a total fail and just stupid. Come up with a better system before trying to sell this one to people.
That wasnt a spring back issue. The guy did the math then half way through the bend he forgot his math and didnt account for the 13 degrees he started at when he took the slack out of the tube.
I own this bender and honestly its great. Once you stop looking at the start point and degree wheel it makes sense. I bent multigle ref tubes for different diameters and its been great to use. The best part about it it could use multiple model dies. Which I have.
Way over complicated, I just started working at a shop with one of these and there’s no way I could use this thing.I bought an affordable bender on my own dime to stay employed
I like the simplicity of that bender, good job!
I've really considered this bender but wish it had the bending capability of a 32. I'm anxious to see the new bender that your starting production on
instaBlaster.

lol. You'd hope a professional company would re-do the video

If you’re getting this as a fabricator and can’t pull that off then idk what to tell you
I guess the 90* screw up shows the importance of a adjustable degree wheel. That would have been real bad on the final bend of a complicated tube.
com me comunico con el vendedor ?¿
I like your videos but your camera is very blurry.

Wrong?
Just do it right. Makes me think you cut corners on your product.

Never had any issues like that with my Pro-Tools 105!
Wanna be spoon fed mate? Fuck sake, spring back is as common as sliced bread, any tradesman blaming their machine for spring back should be shot.
