- Quick and easy Pad Thai (Thai Street Food)
*Pad Thai Sauce:*
- 50 ml fish sauce
- 50 ml tamarind sauce
- 50 ml water
- 35-50 g palm sugar
*Pad Thai:*
- 115 grams dry rice noodles (medium size), soaked in room temperature water for 1 hour
- 1-2 teaspoons dried shrimp, roughly chopped (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 shallots, roughly chopped
- 100 grams tofu, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon dried chili flakes
- Vegetable oil for cooking
-2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
- 250 g medium-sized shrimps
- 2 eggs
- A handful of bean sprouts
- Chives stalks
- 1 lime
- Garnishes: chili flakes, roasted peanuts, bean sprouts, chives

- 50 ml Fischsauce

*Pad Thai:*
- 115 Gramm trockene Reisnudeln (mittlere Größe), eine Stunde lang in Wasser bei Raumtemperatur eingeweicht
- 1-2 Teelöffel getrocknete Garnelen, grob gehackt (optional)
- 3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
- 3 Schalotten, grob gehackt
- 100 Gramm Tofu, in kleine Stücke geschnitten
- 1 Esslöffel getrocknete Chiliflocken
- Pflanzenöl zum Kochen
- 2 Esslöffel geröstete Erdnüsse
- 250 g mittelgroße Garnelen
- 2 Eier
- Eine Handvoll Sojasprossen
- Schnittlauchstängel
- 1 Limette
- Garnituren: Chiliflocken, geröstete Erdnüsse, Sojasprossen, Schnittlauch

- 50 ml sos de pește
- 50 ml sos de tamarin
- 50 ml apă
- 35-50 g zahăr de palmier
*Pad Thai:*
- 115 grame de tăiței de orez uscați (mărime medie), înmuiate în apă la temperatura camerei timp de 1 oră
- 1-2 lingurițe de creveți uscați, măruntiți (opțional)
- 3 căței de usturoi, tocați
- 3 cepe mici, tocate mărunt
- 100 de grame de tofu, tăiat în bucăți mici
- 1 lingură de fulgi de ardei iute uscați
- Ulei vegetal pentru gătit
- 2 linguri de arahide prăjite
- 250 g de creveți de dimensiuni medii
- 2 ouă
- O mână de germeni de bambus
- o mână de ceapă verde
- 1 limetă
- Garnituri: fulgi de ardei iute, arahide prăjite, germeni de bambus, ceapă verde
