I love how all my favourite creators are travelling rn. Lisa is in Thailand, Kulfi guy is in Pakistan, beryl is in India! So much cool content to watch!!
As someone who has lived in Thailand for many years, many do not cook pad Thai this way. Noodles should be soaked and then thrown in. Boiling them first makes the noodles soggy and unappetizing. No sriracha. Eggs cooked separately so they have some shape. Just ✋
I'm such a huge fan of Thai culture and cusine. I wanna visit thailand and go to Phuket so badly. And stay in one of their resorts and just enjoy. I hope I get to go to Thailand one day.

Chicken Egg Rice noodles Soy sauce Fish sauce Dried shrimp Pad Thai sauce (not sure exactly what they put in theirs but usually it’s made from tamarind paste, palm sugar, fish sauce, garlic, and shallots) Scallions Peanuts Bean Sprouts Salt (and maybe MSG?) Then it looks like they added chicken broth at the end, not sure though. Anyway it’s a very fast and easy dish to make, especially if you make the pad Thai sauce in bulk in advance.
I have been to Thailand, and have had Pad Thai the street just like that- I’ve found a local restaurant that serves it here and it’s much more flavorful- beautiful
@cyniccashier mostly they can add peanuts in the middle too tho and dried shrimp should look pink and not too ground like that but whatever its look yummy lol
I’m personally very very picky when it comes to the texture of noodles, so I probably wouldn’t eat this if the noodles were very soft, but it still looks amazing and I can’t stop watching how it’s made!
This is not Pad-Thai. It’s called fried noodles with chicken (or pork). Pad-Thai need to add tamarind sauce. In the video she adds red sauce so I think it’s chilli sauce.
I've once ate Pad Thai from the frozen food brand Amy's which tasted nothing like Pad Thai 😝. However, I found the information on the box fascinating, it says, "the dish itself is of Vietnamese origin."
This is really cool and super suspicious. Im a student in culinary college and I JUST made pad thai for thai/Vietnam week yesterday! Interesting how fast they eyeball this! Very cool

The way Its cooked is like fast! But spicy
You know he's good when he can handle glass noodles using a metal spatula without chopping the noodles
I think it’s a woman in a hat
Its rice noodles
Nvm im blind lo
I think it’s glass noodle stirfied with pork. We call “Padwoonsen” in Thai. You can see chef didn’t put tofu, red onion.
Omggg you're in Thailand!!!
I'm thai and I recommend yall try it it should be sweet and peanuty and some lil fried shrimp in it it's good ❤
