This is hilarious! When they go off the road at 18:55, most race teams would be freaking out but these guys are like “hey at least didn’t roll over!”
Having done that Race back in the 80’s with men like Roger Mears & the “Mears Gang” and also Walker Evens in his Dodge Dakota class 8 Truck (that was the premiere class at the time along with the class 1 buggies) powered by a Kieth Black big block. Winning over all and also class wins with Roger in class 7! Those were great years for me in my racing career and now in my mid 60’s I look back very fondly on those times. You tend to forget things like changing hot transmissions in the silt beds of Parker Arizona🤪

A class 11 VW is a real racing car, it is not a stock VW bug. That car is worth at least $15,000 USD.

for my opinion, this is lame.... look at the trophy truck. 140 mph or 225kmh and this over around 50cm big whoops...
but itz ok for a VW beetle...
Dude, the vw guys have more soul and balls to do this in a bug. Trophy trucks get rid of the challenge.
Go take a bug off-road it may be slow but it's alot more difficult and rough of a ride than a trophy truck and that's what makes it fun
