Vinted is run by bots basically. Biggest mistake is listing many items in a short period of time. Half an hour in between listing items is good, you can easily upload 5 items between 6 and 9 pm.
Maybe have one or two days where you don‘t list anything and you‘re good to go. I have 400 items listed and 800 feedbacks/reviews there..
Would love to be on a platform where i can list more, but vinted is fire in Germany. Plus you don‘t have any fees cause most times people just pay via paypal, without the system.
Been there for 5 years now and only got a problem once because i uploaded too many items in a short period of time.
    Cheers from Germany

@how2vintage you can send the buyer an offer & the buyer can send offers too. Just click the notification of the buyer liking it then send an offer, its a good way to get a sale

I have not had occasion to use it so I don't speak from experience but I have heard countless accounts of their customer service being atrocious.

Totally agree with comment about labels and not having a clue what label was for who

Ive found that if your profile is just your name and has absolutely no indication to business links or that you run a business its fairly easy to continue trading. I was initially banned using my biz name, email address, logo and link in my bio - obviously they caught on pretty quickly, however setting up with my personal email and own name/photo and no links etc I've sold probably 4 times the amount on vinted than I have depop the last 6 months, I also say that I'm clearing out my wardrobe lol

With Vinted….evri seem best. I’ve had zero issues and payout within 2 days. Inpost I no longer use anymore as I’ve had them switch parcels - despite me having printed labels, I also know of other sellers who had parcels switched. But shhhh… don’t tell people about the sniping goodies on vinted! I’ve done very well with it!

It’s a pisstake with Royal Mail on Vinted if the buyer doesn’t confirm they’re happy with it. Sold something on the 16th of this month and the guy hasn’t confirmed he’s happy with it so I’ve been told I’ve gotta wait until the 16th of next month for the payout. Outrageous

Hey, if you sent it as a small parcel you should be able to track with the reference number on the receipt

    • @DG1977
      @DG1977 ปีที่แล้ว

@@tigerthrifts6806 yeah it’s all tracked but the guy hasn’t confirmed it’s all good but I can see it’s been delivered like 2 days after he paid. I’d message but in the past when I have it’s prompted the buyer to raise an imaginary issue so I guess I’ll just wait it out haha

Don’t use them to sell on vinted. Sold a couple of things buyers said they hadn’t got them even though tracked. Vinted refunded them at my expense. Just use evri on there

Think that may have changed, one of my buyers has not confirmed and I had a message saying that if the buyer does not confirm I will automatically paid in two days.

Seems Etsy are holding back up to 75% of sellers money for up to 45 days according to the BBC..

It just doesn’t seem user friendly for a seller at all.
Very difficult to find the accounting and financial information to track sales, fees profits etc.
It’s not meant to be for professionals and it really shows.
The only interaction I have with the platform is to buy.

Yeah it's not going to have that stuff cause a normal user wouldn't want/need it
