With help of steam extracted from turbine , Increasing the temperature of condensate water (LPH) and Feed Water (HPH) is called regeneration system of Rankine cycle on which the thermal power plant is works`
How to charge LPH
After load of generator gets more than 25% of rated then we can charge the LP heaters
step1 open steam vent of LPH vessel
step 2 open drain to 100% and close the drip
step 3 open extraction valve and when pressure gets more than lower heater pressure open the drip and close the drain watching water level of vessel
step 4 close the vent of vessel
HOW TO CHARGE HPH
After load gets more than 40% of rated we can start charging HPH one by one
step1 open steam vent of HPH vessel
step 2 open drain to 100% and close the drip
step 3 open extraction valve partially by inching and when pressure gets more than lower heater pressure open the drip and close the drain watching water level of vessel
step 4 close the vent of vessel

Sir drain kholne se pressure drop n hoga heater ka plz batiye
Water level maintain rahega to pressure drop nhi hoga
Sir drip line... Niche wale heater m jakr heat exchange karta hai.... But niche heater ke liye to already extraction se steam jaraha hai.. To drip aur extraction dono se heat gain karta hai kya lower heater....... Plz guide🙏
Ha bcz upr heater ka drip high temp ka hota hai lagbhag us heater ke feedwater inlet ke temp ke barabar ye drip lower heater me heat release karta hai
Why LPH-1 given inside condenser
Turbine ex hood steam temp is higher so lph consumes this temp and lower to the temp near to condensate temp watch video for deep detail

Lp heater should be charged from extraction steam from higher pressure to lower pressure?
No, lph always charged From lower pressure to higher pressure
Sir if it will be charged from low pressure to high pressure what may happen
sir, why not charge the steam line in HPH first, why do we do water side first?
If we charge from steam first then there will be no heat transfer happen in the heat exchanger and due to this the vessel get pressurized and the heat exchanger tubes gets stressed/strained so first we need to charge from water side first
In every heat exchanger the cooling fluid should be charged first for avoid abnormal heating
