Also, could be a candidate for the title of the "America's Most Expensive House Without A Pool" competition.
I want to point out that one of the theater seats has some lotion and a roll of paper towels by the side. What, exactly, were the types of movies shown?!?

450 acres in Georgia is less than $15.5 million. At this point I'm not sure why this home has a price tag of $15.5 mill. You can buy a house in Atlanta with 26,000 sq feet and a 2021 decor for under $5 mill. This is ugly. 😂😂😂😂
Unfortunately when you build a mansion to ”your taste” and mix a few different styles, as well as kitsch things like the old timey movie theatre (which I LOVE but don't want it in my house) you're not going to get back what you put into the property money wise
It is actually quite close to Atlanta and with 446 acres, there are plenty of CEOs that would probably love this because of the huge peaceful property considering everyone and their mother lives in Buckhead there. Plus the car barn is a great place to hold events
