Pretty darn neat Andrew. I bet those modifications made a nice difference! Looks good too!
Ruger sure enjoys it. Take care!
Pretty cool ideas Andrew. Ruger could even use that tarp as a sunshade
Very true
You should patent this idea, maybe see if other Roxor ownrrs might be intetested in buying it as a kit? 😎👍
It's really an ingenious idea. 😊
Thank you for watching
Great little project and looks like it's doing the job!
It is!
Love ol’ Ruger 😊
He's got the life!
I love One Wrap. Works great for all types of things.
Pimpin the Roxer! I was kinda thinking on the same lines as Terry earlier in the comments regarding a pipe on the tire side!
Well done sir!
It's a thought but the tire is not centered. I believe it will be odd.
Hi, Andrew! Ruger and I thank you for your very clever idea!
Thank you for watching
Perfect!
Good build great idea Andrew!! 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
Glad you like it!
I love love that idea. Question how could you using the same thing for a pickup truck without drilling into the top of the truck. I have been wanting something like that.
Tough to say, they do make some really good two sided tape.
@@TheKelleysReviews do you have a link to the holder things you used. Thanks
Hmm...ponder, research, ponder a little more, order, build-fabricate-assemble and VOILA' (You have an amazing talent )
Thank you for watching
Ruger will enjoy this for sure 👍
Already been used, he approves!
Have you considered attaching another piece of PVC on the tail end? You could pull it past the spare and attach your bungies. The tension would then keep it tight and the sides wouldn’t fold down.
It is a good idea, the tire isn't centered and will probably make it pull to one side.
That's cool. Simple but definitely effective?
Indeed! It's working well.
I would have run 2 guild wires along rhe side and had the tarp slide on the wires to keep it a correct pitch and make it easier to set up and take down
Andrew I like watching your how to videos I was just wondering how long has it taken you to accumulate all of your different tools it seems like you have every tool that exists plus you have all the screws bolts paint to do your project. 🤔
Easily 30 years worth of collection. The majority have been bought over the last 5 years as I built our home and made DIY content on social media. It's easier to justify the purchases that way.
Any chance the tarp could squeeze between the tailgate and the spare tire? This would make for a more even tarp since it doesn’t have the tire to mold around and should prove to allow less water intrusion due to the better fit.
No because of the metal spare tire holder, it's at the top of the tailgate.
Sweet!!!
Just curious where did you get the soft back, and how hard was it to install with the cab? would love to do the same thing but very new to the roxor (picked one up last week)
I sent you the information via email.
oh boy your maken me think now!
Don't hurt yourself 😉🤣
@@TheKelleysReviews awning supports! i dont think it would be to hard for you to make!
