I remember at this time last year u guys were at 1k subs, love to see the growth and commitment here on this podcast
I loved how the top line looked at the end of the regular season, with Bunting, Crosby we're starting to build good chemistry
Honestly pretty upset that the capitals got Cole Hutson exactly 1 pick before us. Can’t believe he fell that far but we didn’t nab him. Maybe our picks will age well, or maybe we were one pick away from a number 1 defenseman of the future, what a tease!
pens signed defenseman Sebastian Aho this afternoon to a 2 year, 1 way deal. Doesnt this eliminate POJ coming back? Now they have pettersson, Grzelcyk, Ludvig, Shea, Aho and Graves on LD. Could it be Pettersson, Grzelcyk, and Aho on the left side and Letang, Karlsson, St Ivany on the right side with Ludvig and Shea as 7th and 8th D. Would anyone pick up that Graves contract? Why sign Aho if Graves isnt moving?

I just dont get what the pens are! Its like rebuild but while killing the end of crosby, malkin and letangs careers!
We now want to collect picks a year after getting karlsson? It makes no sence! Pens will be stuck in this middle of the table just outside the play off for years untill these guys retire and a full rebuild can start

Some of the players appear to have some sandpaper to there game. Will Sullivan adjust make a change to his system to utilize them? I think we need more of that style. We’re no way near the talented as any of the playoff teams!

They got rid of $3.75M in Smith and brought in $3.57M in Hayes AND got a 2nd round pick. Hayes is 6'5" and 216LB. Lets hope he is difficult to play against. 8 picks for the 2025 draft. 7 in 2026 and 9 in 2027. In addition, 14 players on the WB/S roster are waiver exempt.

They should be trying to get as many 1st for the 2026 draft as they can. As it seems the next player with a lower to decent possibility of being an generational talent is Gavin Mckenna.

The 9 pick ups are pretty much minor leaguers and don't amount to much . Grzelcyk is a wait and see everyone else is Baby Pens and trade bait . I'm not impressed . Going to be another losing season . Welcome to the Pittsburgh Maple Leafs .

@@jsebby2284 ummm the stats are incomparable. Stamkos is a future first ballot HOF player with 7 40+goal seasons. Guentzel has 2 40+ goal seasons.
